Melee Vs melee matches are very very very lame, and no one should ever win unless you go zonal and say duel me no moving about.

Not true
I regularly enjoy stuffing /elec brutes with my em/fire for all the resistence in the wold means squat once you stun them and 2 shot them. Any em who doesnt have (the power) stun in their chain is just out to 2 shot squishies who dont notice them.
Brute elec armour is mag 10 stun protection (same as all brute/stalker/scrappers protections nto including extra powers like resiliance) and is laughably easy to stack over
