Pvp is still locked to pvp area's and arena's ( Bloody Bay, Sirens Call, Warburg and Recluse's Victory ), lvl scaling is active for obvious abuse.
Inventions,well do the ingame tutorial at the university (steel canyon or cap au diablo), that should explain enough.
Because some developer came with the genious idea to remove the pvp mission bonus (the reason why 3/4 of the people where in pvp areas the first place), bloody bay, sirens call and warburg are mostly dead.
Recluse's Victory has some activity.

Can anyone give me a run down on new things?
Especially inventions and the state of pvp?
do we yet have the obviously great free run pvp yet?
Its possible eg a lvl 1-10 cant be attacked by a lvl 10+
and so on in brackets. Pvp 'areas' are a bore. free run villany!
