Why have a Golgi HamiO Heal/End in Health? A 50 IO Heal is cheaper and more effective. Hell, an SO is equally effective and millions cheaper!
Why have the Stealth IO in sprint, when you have the other two of the set already in Superspeed? If you put all 3 in SS, you'd get the HP bonus, Invis when running, and save End from running an un-needed toggle.

I would take resist physical damage earlier and not take resist elements or energys.
i would take the fighting pool instead.
I dont know why you have got intemidate tbh prehaps im missing something as i dont PvP with my tank but taunt is posted my current build (the purple sets are a bit of a dream), i originally aimed for regen but have now swapped it round and gone for recharge this means dull pain constantly up.
I would either take fault or tremor not both i prefer fault.
I you are after a leveling build let me know and i will post you one, but as you posted with sets i assume you want a final build.

I have intimidate in there for higher lvl pvp. I thought it would be better than tough as my Resistance to Smash/Lethal would already be capped. Plz point out any mistakes and what you think should be rearranged
