I would prefer Bloody Bay or Warburg. But I'm more for Warburg.

sorry i forgot to say wot server it will be on union and i choose to include bloody bay coz stalkers not all have a advantage of srealth in their to it will be less likley to get pwned by a stalker.

i would be up for some arena once the pvp event finishes i gotta try out a few toons for the arena anyway 
well dont forget in BB most heroes dont have +perc either 
so it kinda balances out.
For the choice of picking a zone, i'd suggest you first decide what exactly you wanna do with pvp. Do you just want some pvp action, i'd say just go to arena, then people can set their own limits. Want a huge battle-royal kinda thingy? Pick WB then.. want the "ultimate" clash between heroes and villains? pick sirens or bb. Or do what they did before and sweep through the zones, starting at BB, then switching zones every 1 or 2 hours or whatever till you end up in RV. (Out of interest, why didnt you include RV?)
Out of experience i can tell you that makin a post a few days in advance asking "what do YOU guys want" will end in nothing. Its easier to make a rough setup yourself and let others refine it if youre inclined to.

ok i would prefer going to sirens and having a massive punch up intheir but i put the option out with all zones so ppl could choose as some ppl dont like pvping in sirens, bb or wb but im also game for arena if thats wot every1 wnts to do

I've never seen a big fight in Warburg stick to just the beach. Maybe the smaller ones that are 1 on 1.
I would prefer RV, but in general my opinion is the higher level the zone the better.
If you want a high level PvP zone Recluse's Victory is the best - Warburg gets my vote as worst designed PvP zone.
Most of the griping about Epic Vs Patron powers come from Arena carebears, villains can do well at level 50 in the zones.
Warburg is probably the best IMO, even though it has it's downsides. Most of the action takes place on the hero beach, which is of course right next to the safe zone, which people tend to hug once they get hit, which is kind of lame.

You could try and get people to hit eachother near the globe in the middle - however it then becomes incredibly tempting to push the Villains back to there base (or as much as you can).
