Concept Villains
My only standalone concept on Villains is Domovoi. An ex Mafia hitman who mutated powers of Fire Manipulation. After killing some of his superiors (by accident!) he was forced to flee and make his own way in the world. His own way of course getting him slammed in the zig.
My only other 50 Villain is linked to my Main- Chi, who are twisted in a Tsoo storyline
Barron Rubix - Sinister inventor of the Rubic's cube, the Barron has never gotten over the fact that man solved his cubic canundrum and has vowed revenge upon the world. Armed with a sinister mustache and a top hat containing his patented Mentalisor ray, he has set out to ensnare the entire planet in the ultimate puzzle...The puzzle of doom!
Mr Necropolis, A Former Family Capo Gunner that was Zombiefied during a fight and fireaboard a boat laden with experimental Crey Chemicals, now is a cruel street gang Leader with nothing lose willing to challenge Arachnos himself.
Nuclear Cry, a being of animated rock, bitter unlife was created when an entire city perished in a Nucleur attack during the cold war. The pain and sorrow of the dying people was scorched into the very earth by nuclear fire giving birth to a creature of radioactive rage.
Brawling Cactus from a distant planet.
Evil is always the other guy. In anyone's own mind, they are the hero. They are misjudged, misunderstood, or justified by mistreatment.
So my concept villain is the Dark Hero. His primary power is the root of evil in us all: the ability to lie to himself and be proud of the guy he tells himself he is. He likes the guy in the mirror. Anyone who really understood him would, and anyone who does not therefore obviously doesn't understand him. The ability to justify himself and believe it. The sureness that he's right and good.
He absolutely sees himself as the hero. When others do not, it is because they are weaker than him, jealous, trying to cover up their own failures by tearing him down, or just frustratingly that they plain can't understand him.
He has never committed murder. The other guy started it by being a crook. He desrved it. But it gave those jealous a-holes an excuse to trump up charges. They refused to listen to reason and railroaded him to the zig.
He's bigger than that. They couldn't beat him by making him surrender and give up. That ain't what heroes do. They just reinforced his convictions. They proved him right. He kept the faith, never surrendered, and his faith was rewarded. The hand of fate, or whatever higher power you like, bust him out, using the Arachnos goons to do it.
With utter conviction, this hero knows he's on the right side. In time, everyone else will realise it too. History will vindicate him, exonerate him. Make him the greatest hero of them all. Meantime he'll keep doing the good work, and busting heads of those who deserve it.

Hey guys, Pious here. Like, I was hoping you geniuses out there could join me in showering some thoughts on concept villains. Who is that monster you once considered designing in-game, or that serial killer, maybe the mad scientist. What was his name, what's he wearing? Was he a humourous jester or a truly intelligent madman, lets here your ideas please and let me know if they are copyrighted. I hope to actually use a lot of these villains as members of a terrorist group, the Gang, who may later be killed in my comicbook. Hence why I'm using concepts as opposes to fleshed out characters. Thanks for your help.
