Nearly every character on my global @Diakos are RP able, some are created in more seriousness than others but they all have backgrounds, either in their Bio, a text documet, or in my noggin'.

Plots -
The Metahuman Youth Reformation Scheme:
The MYRS was a project conceived by several tech industries, the prison system and the government for the rehabilitation of young offenders in Paragon City with Metahuman abilities. Those deemed suitable and willing for this are fitted with the Behaviour Reinforcement Modification Chip, which lets an Operator monitor their vital signs, location, audio and visual feeds to better guide them. It can also function as a mediport chip, and can be set to deliver painful but harmless shocks if their behaviour goes over stated guidelines, and can even render some (mostly mutants) powers inert if they become a risk to the public, as well as teleport them to a secure holding cell. The project is looking for more young candidates to undergo the procedure, and assign them to respectable superhero groups to aid in their rehabilitation. So far, the main success story has been Cindersnap.

Trouble at the Top -
There seem to be some minor rumblings between certain members of the Unity Vigil and the government and various agencies controlled by them. Most can be called rumour or theory, but is there more to some of the issues certain members have had, and actions taken against the group?
The Pits
In Kings Row, is a bar/club. Not much like any others, for it is an alternative venue. The Pits is Paragon City's premier Alternative/BDSM themed nightclub, with its own website and forums, live music on the stage every Thursday, a Rocky Horror themed night and showing every 1st Friday of the month, an upstairs chillout area and snackbar, and the Pits itself downstairs for general dancing of a more leather-clad nature. The club does not exist in game, but those wishing to inquire about it can contact @Zortel for details. It is managed by Isaac Anderson, and the band 'The Nines' often plays there, which consists of several of the staff and customers.

Zortel
Leader of the Unity Vigil, she is available for plots concerning them, or as a liaison to DATA, for any interested/complicated technical issues.
Storm Sapphire
The Unity Vigil's Security officer and member of the PPD Awakened Division, he has been known to have some trouble within the department, and has a number of police contacts and such.
Number Nine
A Gynoid built by Crey Industries, she has knowledge of the corporation for any people interested in it, or for plots revolving around it, and is a member of the Guardians of Destiny.
Jan Boa
A half-snake gangmistress from Port Oakes, she runs her own 'personell services' company, Boa Personell Services, and is available as hired muscle or other such work, between legal and semi-legal. She also has knowledge of pharmaceuticals.
Alraune
A fusion of plant symbiote and human, Dinah Ewers is a striking looking woman who works in the Garden Jewels in Port Oakes, and is available for various jewellery needs, as well as fencing stolen jewels and gems.
Cindersnap
A member of the Unity Vigil and former MYRS participant, this young mutant is a friend to many in the city and isles, and is known to have a strong dislike for The Trolls, Skulls and Family, as well as a checkered past with the Outcasts, and as such has an interest in such plots.
Fusebox
This Electrokinetic and cyberpathic mutant is a member of the Unity Vigil, adoptive daughter to Zorielle 'Zortel' Rolando, and not only maintains The Pits website, but also the sucessful independant gaming news and forum site 'The Fusewire'. If there's computers too difficult to crack, or web information needing access, then Fusebox is more than likely able to take a crack at it.
Isaac Anderson.
This 22 year old mutant, as well as being part of the Guardians of Destiny in a somewhat loose sense, is the manager of The Pits, a successful alternative nightclub in Kings Row. If you've got a band who wants to play there, or a character who wants to visit, Isaac's the guy behind the bar with the blond, the beard and the piercings to talk to.

EDIT: Things may slow down considerably due to everyone getting a load of the respecs and running around like kids in candy stores, but that doesn't mean there's not plenty to do. New RP opportunities beckon, and if you find that dual wielding scrapper/stalker has now become your new favourite character and you've got the perfect plotline for them, please feel free to add it to the Wiki and bring the fruit of your creative labour here...we'll hook you up with interested parties.

An update: I have pressing real life business today and tomorrow and I shan't be about much until the evenings; when I am about I'm probably rping or running missions because I'm too mentally distracted to do much else. Hopefully things will smooth out next week so I can concentrate, but forgive me if I'm not quite "there" at the moment.

On to the characters:
Grav Mistress: Jessica Stoneberg, a mage of minor renown and ample skill. Basically she's a god-character on a leash. Most things would be IC to be possible within a week, a fair amount within a day... depending on what would be more enjoyable, there are ways to alter things.
She's also a peacebringer, a fairly strong one, but no where near as powerful as most top end Kheldians (when taken purely as a Kheldian, not adding the mage part).
Tower of Power: Leader of a small SG, power house, tactical planner and investment banker (though that in civvies). Stronger IC then tough, ingame the other way around, but not that it matters much. Generally more "righteous" then "lawfull", though they do go hand in hand a lot. Oh, and brother to Grav.
Misha Hannigan: Ex gang member, still some rebeliousness in her. Believer in redemption, but also thinks some are beyond it. Nimble and fast, she's a bit of a sneak. Claws/SR scrapper, cheeta woman. Member of the Unity Vigil.
Roselin Thorne: Owner of the Garden Jewels jewellery store. "Mistress of foliage", can control plants to do just about anything she wants. Not all that strong herself. Accomplished catburglar and expert fence (of jewellery).
Pregnant, due on January 12, so not really available for much else then as an expert on jewellery.
Rosalin Thorne: The Twin of Roselin, but then as a clone. Controls shadows like Rose controls plants. Expert catburglar and thief.
Plot: The Columbia Connection.
And that's about it, some more characters, but rarely get played... and I realised I am in a plot, and I am enjoying it...

The Grav Mistress, Mistress of Gravity
If you have nothing useful to say, you have two choices: Say something useless or stay quiet.
I'm involved in only one plot at the moment (the Columbia Connection, with Shadowghost) which is a fairly small-scale affair. I'm also having fun with it and it's made me think about becoming a bit more adventurous - RP added a whole new spring to the game for me so I'd be happy to get involved with other plots if there can be a convincing IC explanation for doing so.
Night-times are when I'm usually on, but I have been known to skive off work and/or domestic chores to make a trip to Paragon City if the world needs saving, or to the Isles if it needs looting...

Union Heroes:
Firearm (Level 11 blaster)and B I T E (level 5 tanker): Frank and Charlie Brewer - brother and sister who together invented and built the "hotsuit" - an armoured suit that enables Frank to fight crime as the slightly rustty and clunky looking Firearm. Charlie made her own Body-Integrated Thermal Exchange armour recently and ventured out as B I T E. Both are new at this game - so far Frank has been on an anarchic anti-establishment, anti-corporate gig taking the fight to "the man" while Charlie has been breaking in her suit having a laugh chasing Hellions out of her parents' neighbourhood. Frank's helmet has a tendency to get stuck, which means he has to drink through a straw at Pocket D. Both looking for an RP SG to provide resource backup that goes beyond what Frank can do in his basement or garden shed. No current plots.
Liberty Girl (level 37 scrapper): Red, white, blue and blonde patriotic heroine who fights crime with flying fists and feet. Her rapid healing physiology came about as a result of an accident during WW2 which also put her in stasis until she was recovered and taught martial arts skills and heroine ethics by the mighty heroine Columbia. Since Columbia's disappearance and possible death Liberty Girl as been engaged in a private campaign to find and catch those responsible. Currently in my one-man-and-his-account SG but would like to find an appropriate RP SG for her. Current plot: The Columbia Connection.
Gingersnap: former local government employee Cherry Jones, whose body has housed the demon Nergal since she was snatched off the streets by Circle cultists some time ago. Science provides the nano-technology that enables her to safely bind Nergal's spirit within her whilst still drawing on his power, but sometimes Nergal's will breaks free... (see below). Also without a good RP SG. No current plots.
Union Villains:
Sharrapu: Occasionally Nergal manages to overwhelm the science that helps Cherry Jones keep him in check within her, and in those instances Cherry's body becomes his weapon: no longer Gingersnap, but Sharrapu, "The Burner" - the epithet by which the demon Nergal was known in ancient Sumeria. No current plots.
Bambi Delight: Formerly an adult entertainer who was arrested for a murder she insists she didn't commit. With an almost indestructible skeleton and physical strength and speed far beyond normal human levels Bambi busted out of the Zig and has fled to the Rogue Isles where she fights to clear her name. Not especially skilled as a fighter, but still courageous in her pursuit of personal justice. Although pursued as a most-wanted villain, Bambi's chief faults are impatience and a lack of wisdom. Current plot: The Columbia Connection.
Leatherette: Mysterious mind-controlling mercenary also caught up in the shenanigans surrounding Bambi. Current plot: The Columbia Connection.

Right, I've added what characters I'm aware of to certain plots. For those of you who have signed up here, have a go over the current offerings and please make it known to the people running said plots how you want to be involved. I'm going to be putting Loup out of the picture shortly as I'm on holiday next week - and it may end up bumping the plots up a fair notch, so we'll see how it goes.
Keep in mind there are a few plotlines Loup is involved in which don't have writeups or links yet - I'm chasing that up with the various creators and I'll try and get those posted as well...there's a fair bit out there to get involved with!
If you've got any ideas yourselves for some plotline, don't be shy! Come to the RP-Roundtable and talk about it. I've had several rpers contact me about this but they didn't feel they were "good enough" to get involved. To that I say "Rubbish". If you're a rper, you're willing, and you don't mind making a mistake or two, no one is going to burn you at the stake. Just hop in and see how you can get involved.

Okay, let's see if people can manage to keep the momentum with my prodding with a stick. I'm off for a week starting tomorrow, so updates to storylines and additions of characters, so on and so forth will have to be done by individuals. Again, if you've seen a plot you like from here, go ask about whether or not you can be involved. if you've had an idea, go and discuss it and bring the plot thread to the Roundtable so everyone can read along and figure out where they might be able to fit in. this is for hero and villain side as I've heard tell there's a fair bit of rp going on "Red side" but I've not got any linkage for it yet and can't fill anyone in.
And now, I've got to dash for a bit, just tying up loose ends.
If any of you villainous types have been following the Supremacy storyline, you may know Antipode currently has a sizeable bounty on her head. If anyone would like to make an attempt to bring her in, let me know

Info updated, few things added, and advance warning that I am leaving AGAIN on Sunday, and will be gone for four days. Some storylines are on hold due to holiday fun, so enjoy the chalet people, and in January expect some stories to progress apace.

EDIT: By the bye...my wee character has his own supergroup. That's rather how I want him to be as it suits him, but I could do with having some coalition links to various organisations, either publicly or as a private "We don't talk about knowing each other" private thing.
