errrrrrrrr well i dont know if this is gonna help u out but here goes i would think about getting some damage in your attacks as u may need to solo if u cant find any teams and for the epics i prob would go for psionic as not much resists it and it also offers you some protection. i hope this helps

Aside from Travel powers and a few others power choices, they look pretty similar. Your slotting looks good, but I'd make a few changes:
- Change the immobs for damage
- Change the end reds in Wormhole and Grav Distort to another Rech Red
- Move some slots around to get an extra one in both Hasten and Dispersion Bubble - from your two travels, perhaps
- You may as well 6 slot Crush - an End Red from Conserve Power should do it.

Hmm...this is PvE or PvP? I'll assume PVE
Primary Pool - I've got all my 6 slotted
PFF - No need for 3 slots. 1 will do (I've got Karma:Knockback in it :P)
Crush - Very little point on immobs tbh. Swap for accuracy. You'll be cycling fast enough to stack immobs, so the enh aren't needed.
Propel - I've setted "Thunderstrike" in here, but what you have looks good.
Combat Jumping/Super Jump - Not commenting on. I like fly personally :P Not sure CJ is worth def slots...
GDF - Looks good. Mine's odd (got 2 Hami's in, and Combo's from various sets. But maxising Hold/Acc/Recharge is the aim )
Deflection/Ins Sheild - Fine. I've actually got sets in there, so it gives slightly less def, but I've picked the 3 "best" def from the Sets. 3 slots is fine.
Dipsersion Bubble - I'd fit another slot (Def) in here. Or set it (4 will let you max out Def)
Crushing Field...No no no no no :P. There's little point enhancing the immob, or damage (you'll get it from 2 to 3 with 2 Damage IOs
Instead look at the IO sets you can use, and abuse the procs!
Chance for Lethal
Chance for Smashing
Chance for Energy
Chance for Slow/Recharge Debuff
20% chance for each of those on a massive AoE, available every 10 seconds (that's the rate the procs use...you can fire power more often, but procs wont be availble unless 10 seconds has passed)
Ach/Rech - Combined IO from Set. No point recharging more than 10.
25% Chance for hold (Purple set...VERY pricey...slot acc for "now".) -
On a team this can be very very good (also a good follow up post wormhole for another hold )
Wormhole - Stupefy set in here for me (6 slotted) - the chance for "knockback" seems to fire on activation, not tp...so it prevents you being targeted for that brief second before wormhole fire...But what you've got in good.
Hasten - If you can six slot things, I don't think it's needed.
Super-Speed - I hate 2 travel power builds, but up to you.
Singularity - I've only got a couple of set IOs in my Sing (and they don't match up!). I have Holds/Accs and a bit of damage.
Force Bolt - I took, but respected out. It just wasn't having a point in my attack chain (See Lift below). How you've slotted is ok, I'd swap recharge for a knockback though.
Force Bubble - Not a fan. I've taken for "GAH" moments. Little point slotting :P
Power Blast - I've got Thunderstrike in here again.
Conserve Power - Think you've overslotted on end red.
Power boost - EXCELLENT.
Acrobatics - My Karma:Knockback IO suits me fine, you should take your epic shield instead

Lift - I like it. It's "ok" damage (better with containment). It's also soft control with it's knockup. I'd replace force bolt with this (similar affect - keeps on enemy out of play)
Det Field
Dimension Shift
2 love them, or hate them powers. Very situational, but between them massively increase your ability to control. They require a team that can think. I've 6 slotted DS (2 Acc, 2 Red, 2 intan) and 3 slots Det Field (1 Acc, 1 Recha, 1 Intan...although this may change).
Det Field is awesome. A single target phase. Excellent for taking out an EB/AV while you clear the mob around...conversely also very good to hit an AV with when things are going pear shapped. It's also nice and "easy" to see when it's hit due to the affect. With one yellow you can hit EBs/AVs 3 out of 4 times. (People who've done the LGTF with me can attest how useful it is to have the Raiders phased
Dimension Shift is a bit tricker. It's AoE, but also less accurate (unless you've got it slotted like mine...still not as good against EB/AVs though). It's still a brilliant. You can take entire mobs out of play (good if you agro more than you can chew), or you can phase everything around a glowy while you "ghost". The problem is it's effect is less noticeable, and useless you yell at the team they can miss it.

Don't think this is the case. Since CF is a standard attack rather than an aura one it goes off every time the power fires off, even if its just 5 seconds after the last firing off.
Its only PROCs in auras (placables tend to be an invisible, non targetable pet with an aura running) which have the 10 second tick rule (and each placeable runs off its own 10 second counter afaik , so if you could have 2 placables down in under 10 seconds both would PROC seperately).
So its even better with the 3 damage procs in it, its truely spammable.
That's what I always believed - it seemed pretty hard to have a timer tied to procs for each power, as opposed to a global timer or a timer per use.

It's not. I'm sure. I use this all the time.
I can currently fire it off every 5-6 seconds. It doesn't use the procs (or I've had MASSIVELY bad luck everytime :P) if it's not been 10 seconds, I'm sure. There's a thread in inventions confirming.
More procs in there! :P
It's pretty good for killing a massive mob on minions. Anything higher and the damn isn't significant :0

So recently returned level 38 controller with some issues. Basically my old build no longer seems to be optimal (I left pre-IO's), so I
threw this togther and it still doesn't feel quite right. Any advice would be most welcome.
Few notes;
-I like to get to places fast, hence SJ and SS
-Never had a character past 40 so the Epic Pools I'm just guessing about
-I don't know to much about IO's and just grabbed Blood Mandate for my pet, seems to be working nicely. Any other sets that any can recommend?
