Anyway, if there's a need for empath or fire power, I don't mind to select them anyway, looking for the team to fit best.

Ah! And I think the bafge info you linked is incorrect. AFAIK, the first respec gives you Stalwart Medallion, the second Statesman Star and the third Freedom Cross.
