yep easily, get hasten and you can have 2 up without IOs...and if some nice kin SBs you you can have 3 running, tbh i would hope you would have moved onto the next mob by then though, but AVs take a right battering 
Yes, when I fight AVs as my Illu/Storm it really feels like my pets and pseudo-pets are everywhere. Good fun!
