I like psychic scream combined with lingering rad and the other psi povers you can do really ugly things to folks recharge.
my experience is mostly PvE but i imagine that effect that you cannot insp your way out of like -recharge must be brilliant in PvP especially if you dont have the bust damage and being a defender you dont.

Defenders may not have 'burst' damage but certain builds such as this have better damage than most realise.
With AM, assault, 3 slotted damage powers and -res togg on the opponent it equates to a +180% damage above the Base defender Damage. And remember this damage is rarely resisted in PvP..
am i rigth in thinking that +180% dfender basic is still a bit under the 100% the blaster can get with just 3 sos?
ok psi is not often resistet but is this damage really enough to feel like a burst?
doesnt feel like aim build up then blasts more like kills u in 6 7 attack feel
Ok that is pretty bursty for a defender i must say.
I never said they 'had' burst damage if you read what I wrote.
Also remember the 3 best psi attacks for pvp are quick activating all under 1.6sec and have a pretty good rechar (great with hasten+AM) so 5ish attacks dont take long to chain up

Ok, so I got 2 more levels last night, thats me at 28, I went for Hasten and OMG the differnce in great, If I hit AM+Hasten my 3 attacks are up almost right after each other, and the way the animations work, u can hit Will Dom, Men Blast then Telekinetic Blast and they all hit at more or less the same time, Very nice.
Been working out how to get the most from my damage output, it will never really be burst dng like a blaster, but what blaster has my defence? =D
So...
AM = 25% dmg ( i think )
Assault = 18.75 dmg ( ish )
Enervatingfield = -70% Res, ( means +70% dmg )
3 Dmg SO = 95% dmg ( ish )
Hasten = increased DPS
What else would give me more dmg? Trying to squeeze every last bit. lol

the -70% res figure is a bug on mids. Its actually -40% res in PvP and -30% in PvE

Lol i am acctually impressed here my littel Rad/rad takes way longer to kill things that is why i imagined that recharge deBuff wut be nice. And for that Psychic Scream is a must.

And that's pretty much the powers you need at 50, working in any other personal preferences, taking Fitness (Hurdle/Health/Stamina), Speed (Hasten/SS), Leaping (Cj/Sj/Acro) which you have already. The 4th pool you can either take Leadership or Concealment!
took Leadership for the +18% dmg, figured I could buy the stealth IO and save myself a power.

Hey all, i am looking for some advice regards my build.. I will post what Powers I have taken so far, and maybe you could give me suggestions what to take next please... I am lvl 26 so I want 9 Powers in a list starting at 28 and going to 49... pls keep in mind that I love to pvp in Sirens and intend on hitting RV as soon as I can =D
