TP Foe
I dont think TP foe works for stalkers. Ive been TP foed by a stalker numerous times and I only die or even get hit if I happened to be typing something at the moment I was teleported. And how on earth are you going to use tp foe at arena? If you get tp foe, best to slot it for acc, range and recharge. With 6 slots it might have some use, but mainly for your teammates.
When you tp foe you wanna kill someone fast. With DM it wont work, Unless you teleport a runner back while he is at like 10 HP. Telekill imo works only with energy melee. Quickness is + recharge, and it is a lot. Also its res to slow, which is one of the reasons i rolled super reflexes. Quickness is also unsupressed movement. From SR i got all but agile and evasion, but yet again i got Dodge ONLY for IOs. I am using atm : Speed/Fitness/Aid self/stealth, although i think to swap aid self for Jump. So in conclusion i wouldnt take teleport foe with a DM/SR. If you need further help ask.
Well thanks for the advice, was just an idea I had.
So TP Foe never works in arena? Dam, how am I supposed to kill MMs in there then?
well build atm
Smite
SM
FF
AS
BU
Hasten
Placate
SS
PB
Hurdle
Health
Stam
FS
ToF
Agile (though now thinking quickness)
Stealth
MG
Dodge/invis
Elude
thats the build up to 38.
Any suggestions?

TP Foe most definitely works in the arena.
Main Hero: Mazey - level 50 + 1 fire/fire/fire blaster.
Main Villain: Chained Bot - level 50 + 1 Robot/FF Mastermind.
BattleEngine - "And the prize for the most level headed response ever goes to Mazey"
I think TP foe is good. With a touch of fear(if it hits) you can then placate and AS again. Its just a matter of queueing your attacks. And stalker team its just plain cruel. Teleported to a random area then placated... between 2-8 AS. Oh that is soooo fun.

ToF will have a downtime since you JUST teleported the foe, which is enough time to run away.
Zal is right, tp foe + DM isnt really gonna work. With nrg melee it does work wonders. I got it on my stalker and it does work in arena 5 reds certainly reduces the hp prtty fast when they get tpd and energy transfered and Tf if it manages to go off before they leap away.
I'd say fro WB you needn't go for Tp Foe although all the LOS breaks would be good for a DM stalker it may not be the greatest when u tp foe them to a corner.
However I would say that Quickness is a great power to have and for DM would work great. IMO on my SR quickness simply emans More Damage output from my attacks or more importantly a quicker Placiate for those desperate times, defense vs blasters and ranged.. well simply put most blasters with BU & AIM won't be missing sadly
best form of defense is LOS and speed I have found on my squishy SR stalker
So I'm finally going down the route of trying out a stalker and it poses the question, does TpFoe break the hide status?
The pellet with the poisons in the Vessel with the Pessel, the Chalice from the Palace has the brew that is true...
nope
i always thought it did.
lmao EM stalkers get tp foe just to make their oh so difficult task just a little bit easier!

You get a critic TF after tp foe at least
Am still working on a proper pvp build for my stalker (see sig). I really like SC even though i have no decent attack out of hide other than smite, but with a good build I can see myself going to WB more often.
In my build I have space at lvl 28 for either Agile or TP Foe, or quickness, but with Hasten, dont much see the need. Agile will help me avoid ranged attacks and so help against blasters. TP Foe will hopefully allow me to bring into range those pesky blasters and hopefully land ToF on them so they dont run away.
Anyone (and im looking at you Aranos X especially) have exerpience of TP Foe in pvp and can give me some advice? will I have the time to land a ToF before they run away from me? Is it just mean? Or would I be better served taking agile and leaving TP Foe for the arena?
Also, how do you slot it? 2 acc?
All advice welcomed
