Some suggestions:

- Fossilize: 2 Acc 2 Hold 2 Rechg.
- Rad Aura: not a great heal, but try to get a 4th slot, maybe a Heal/Rechg from another set.
- Stone Cages: 2 Acc 1 Endrdx.
- AM: a 3rd EndMod if you can.
- RI: 3 Tht_Debuf 2 Def_Debuf 1 Endrdx
- Quicksand: Slows only affect movement so I wouldn't bother, it's better to slot Rechg so you can stack it (although it's fine with just 1 slot).
- Lingering Rad: 2 Acc 3 Rechg and maybe a Slow.
- Choking Cloud: not a great fan, you already have loads of control. If you really want it, slot 3 EndRdx.
- EQ: the base Def_Debuf is 10%, so you don't need to slot more just stack Quicksand and/or RI each of which gives you 25%.
- VG: no need for Acc, just 3 Rechg 3 Hold.
- Stoney: 2 Acc 3 Dmg, not worth slotting for stun which is kind of unreliable.
- EM Pulse; 2 Acc 1-2 Hold 2-3 Rechg.
- Get Hasten instead of Mutation or Fallout, and preferably sooner.
- Stalagmites + Stone Cages works as a ghetto AoE hold for when VG (or EMP) is down, although admittedly at higher level, you might not need it with all the control you have.

You can do a lot more with IOs but maybe that's for later?

Have fun!

Mmmm, some things may fit in there, I guess I can shave a couple slots on Quicksand (rchg is 30 secs and with 1 slow on base it lasts 45 secs) and get hasten instead of Fallout, plus a bit of slot shuffle.
I left other sets on purpose for higher lvls, for the time being, I just wanted a build to work towards.
You sure I need to 2 slot for Acc Stoney, EMP and LR? in Mid's Hero Designer shows 137.5% accuracy with 2 acc plus the Tactics ToHitBuff and 106% acc with just 1 acc IO (plus the Tactics buff).

Thx.-

Looks like a decent build overall.

Okty already said most, so just emphasising some noticable points.

-Really take hasten. You want it.
-No stalagmites?? It's great. Take it. Love it.
-Drop leadership pool. It's not so usefull for your toon. Unless you wanna go the full monty and go for vengeance. Since you are already so strong on (accu/def/res) debuffs in your secondary and primary, it's a waste of 2 powerpicks imo. Not even to mention the increased endrain. Pick hasten and stalagmites instead!
-Rocky only needs 1 accu. So that's okay, but drop the stun indeed.
EMP and LR indeed best to slot 2 accu.
-EQ: just 3 rech really, other slots better spent elsewhere.
-Choking Cloud hmm, not a big fan either. But if you do want it 3 endredux/3hold is the way to go. But realise earth/rad is pretty much a 'stay in the back and keep oversight' toon, you have no real business in melee. But for CC you need to go in melee CC. (It would fit better though on a fire/ or ice/ troller)
-3rd endmod in AM would be a very wise spend slot.

Nice massive debuff/control toon you got there. Enjoy!

OK, already amended. I dropped Fallout and got Hasten instead (moved it at lvl 26 which will be my next power selection). As it is still at lvl 24, the enhancements are easy to change, the main thing were the right number of slots.
The main reason I allocated 2 stuns on Stoney was to have it 6 slotted for an eventual set and I did´'t know what else to slot there.
Will give a second thought about Leadership and moved Choking Cloud back to lvl 47, but probably will skip it.

Going to check a few option and will post the amended build.

Thx

[/ QUOTE ]
Concerning accuracy, definitely for LR (since you will use it a lot against AVs) and EMP (since it's an AoE hold). For Stoney, you can get away with 1, but I tend to slot 2 on all pets for when I'm fighting higher level (or high defence) foes (although admittedly you have lots of -Def which helps). And I agree with Blue, you don't really need Tactics, so I would only bother if you go for Vengeance.

OK, this is the build I came with. I chose stealth because, well I had to choose something. A few slots can be shuffled (stone cages i.e.) but I'll see set bonuses first before deciding.
RI might be a bit stretched for end, but then an endrdx instead of a defdebuff ot tohitdebuff should do the trick I guess, probably I'll try and see:

As depending my experiences with Psy-knight i can say somethings about rad side of events. (I didn't read all posts so sorry if my points are mentioned before)

Radiant Aura, very weak heal. I was using an IO set but with last respec i changed to normal IOs so heal really mean something to slot now. (I see you put doctored wounds in your heal, good luck with finding them)
Radiation Infection: Your last slotting was my original sloting for Rad Defenders. But on Psy-knight i am using 2 Def Debuffs and 2 To hit debuffs and an End Rdx IO lvl 45.
Lingering Radiation: I know people keep telling me about sloting this one with IOs not sets but i have Temp. Readiness in my LR and works pretty well. Especially with AM and Hasten you barely need that extra Recharges. (But keep in mind i already have some recharge buffs from my sets on Sleep and iirc Terrify.)

That makes sense, I guess it is more a matter of trying different slotting and find out. Still haven't gone into immob/hold/pet sets very much, I will start thinking about them at higher levels.
Doctored Wounds is not such a hard set to find, I have 2 scrappers with a few IO's from that set, not cheap but not scandal price either, I think the most expensive recipe went for 2 mill or someting like that.

Swap one def debuff for an end redux in RI, and maybe ad a second if you got the slot for it, it'll help you greatly. A third def debuff is not really adding much to your already awesome def debuffing overall. One would even suffice.
And yeah i see stalagmites
3 immob in stonecages is really overkill. Even without one its very good stackable. 3 slots to be saved imo.

That is an easy one to solve, just replacing the enhc. I think I have 2 endrdx atm

I think I already have 4 slots on it, not sure where to allocate the remaining 3 (or 2 if I don't respec) though, maybe a Kismet +acc and/or another Karma KB Prot on Indomitable Will, that would make two and the third one in Stoney to fill the sixth slot in case there is any decent Pet Set. I was planning to leave this one for the last 3 slots from lvl 48 or 50. The main reason I put 6 slots on it is in case I find a good set or a good combination of two sets to allocate, depends on which sets give better bonuses, Pets or Immob (if any).

Btw, I just noticed it shows at which lvl I allocated the slot, disregard that information please since on planner, I just fill slots, then in game I try to assess where and when are most needed, so here is meaningless.

I'm currently playing my first troller (level 24 earth/empathy) and it's proving to be great fun. I definitely echo the pro stalagmites comments though. Stone cages, stalagmites and earthquake is just funny
