And nope i don't have any idea how to slot it.
If you really asking about AM, it is 3 recharges and 2-3 End Mod. But you are so late to get it, I get it at lvl 4 at worst on my all Radiation heroes.

I doubt it's Adrenalin Boost as that's not available for defenders until level 32, not level 18.
Slot Accelerate Metabolism with 3 Recharge and 3 End Mod.

Definitely slot it with 3 Recharge. Add End Mods to taste, but you don't really need any - save your slots. If you find you don't need them elsewhere, throw them in

I'd slot 3 recharge/3 end mods. Radiation is an end heavy set, even if your team doesn't need the boost (and generally there's at lease some people who'll benefit from it), you probably will do if you intend to use your secondary as well as your primary (and I see no reason not to on rad).
I'd slot the recharge first though.
AM is the best buff there's for me. Reasonable running speed, recovery, boosted recharge and damage make it ideal for my all heroes. Only down side is being a PBAoE power. In the heat of battle you must choose a side to buff. Melee ones or Ranged ones. I usually launch AM near the tanks.
And OVWyx is right, Radiation is an endurance heavy set and at least 2 end mod slotting will be reasonable, especially before stamina. After stamina if you feel like it you can respec extra slots out.

Or you could stick a bind onto a key so when you press it, your character would say "Gather for Accelerate Metabolism!" and stand near where the most people are (probably the meleers), wait around 5 seconds for it to register in the back row's head and they run in, and you can get everyone. After all, nobody said you had to permanently stay near meleers just to get buffs.
On a laptop, due to where the END key is, I have the following bind there:

I already have that binds on my radiation toons but staying in a place and wait for others to come to me, not for me during battles. Outside the battle no problems.
Oh and add /e whistle to your bind. Whistle makes a big difference. 
after just getting to lvl 18 and picking AM, i plan to 6 slot it when i can, but what should i slot it with? anyone got any good/bad experiences?
