Ok i put it up, this is how my scrapper is atm, just wanted ur opinions and any improvements you think would help alot Just as an extra :- i have hurdle instead of swift because i wanted some fun jump height and i have air superiourity for -fly and knockdown and fly cos i like flying:P Thanks in advance for your insights and opinions

Looks good bar a few things..

[1] remove the HO: micro from quickness, you're better off with a runspeed IO in it.
[2] swap hurdle to swift, you got fly so it will benefit you more.
[3] I'd change the slotting of aid self to this:
DocW: heal, DocW: heal/rech, DocW: heal/end, DocW: end/heal/rech, IO: intredux, IO: intredux. That's what I use, works really nicely. The interrupt redux is really useful.
[4] remove that HO: ribo from tough, you arent going to toggle it anyway...
[5] instead of Touch of Death I'd use Crushing Impact

I keep tough on for a little extra dmg mit (15% aint too bad) and i have Touch of Death in Crane kick, storm kick and air superiority for the 3+% melee defense (in total over 9%). i have at the moment 49% melee defense, 48.4 ranged defense and 37.8 AOe defense (just saying cos it doesnt show it).

I like the build, the only things I would touch myself, besides DSorrow's comments (except I wouldn't change to Crushing Impact on a /SR since the other sets will maximize your positional defense, which I take it is what you are looking for) would be to remove the Luck of the Gambler Def/Enrdx from Agile, Dodge and Lucky, it is more expensive than the def/rchg and you won't notice the 0.2% defense you will lose. I'd put these 3 enhancements on Tough. I'd also scratch another one from Fly and put it also in Tough, so you can slot it with the Steadfast 3% def plus 5 Aegis that will give you extra 3.13% AoE defense so you can raise it to almost 41%

You will be missing the acc bonus by removing the 4th LotG, but I think with FA, the inherent 10% from MA, and the rest of acc bonuses you have should be enough.-

It would also be a good idea to tick the box to export set bonuses breakdown, so you can easily identify if a bonus is being wasted by having stacked it more than 5 times.-

Take Lucky at 28, it's your only AoE protection until 35.

I thought that Weave was an end hog for the extra defence it gives you. You can probably get better with IO sets.

Agile and Dodge seem over-slotted, but if that's mainly for set bonuses then might be okay.

Practiced brawler doesn't really need the endred

/SR doesnt need psi/status resist - you have PB for that!

FA is an end hog - worth trying to fit Conserve Power in there to offset it
