I'd slot this 2x acc, 2x rechg, 2x endredux. This power eats a third of your endurance bar if you dont put any endurance reductions in it.

HAvin' quite a smilar power choise selection as you do, can't remember exactly since my claw/da is pretty much inactive at the moment... Also the one I've respecced most and still wondering if I'm happy with the build.
Pretty much agree with DSorrow, even if DA is pretty end heavy, slotting too many end reducers on yer toggles is pretty much a waste of slotting. I had in 1 build 2x end reducers on most of the toggles (Murky only requires 1 since it's end use is very low). The end drainers are: Cloak of Darkness and Death Shroud... those should be slotted with 2x end reducers. The other toggles can do with 1. (1xend red and 3xres is the usual slotting for the def toggles)
Then I found out that slotting the attacks with 1 end reducer instead of 1 recharge (since I also got hasten) made my end usage noticable lower. You will be able to keep an attack chain with orginal fast recharge on claws + hasten, so 1 end reducer is a tip.
Dark Regen, yupp 2x acc/recharger/end reds... I also skipped Opressive Gloom and took Cloak of Fear with 2x end reducers, 1 acc and 3 fear (or was it 2x end red/acc/fear) Found out that OG was a dissapointment to me... aswell as Shockwave. I run Death Shroud fully slotted so knocking back em baddies wasn't really my taste
Also should consider that these are non-IO-set slottings
Probably at lvl 47 you want to use HO's for some powers, Nucleolus exposures (Acc/dmg) will come handy for Death Shroud and endoplasm exposures (Acc/Mez) for Cloak of Fear.
You can put 2 or 3 HO's and 2 endrdx in these powers.
Although DA is very end heavy, Claws is the lightest on end, I am having half the trouble in my Claws/DA endwise than in my DM/DA
Funny I couldnt see death shroud in the build? I would advise getting this quite soon - will up your damage, make you better in teams, and help with salvage hunting (i.e. solo, defeat large groups of low level enemies).
Mmmm now that Cognito mentions, I just realized Death Shroud is missing, I would advise you to take it instead of Shockwave due to the KB effect. Bear in mind that DA scrappers NEED mobs for better performance, maybe claws/DA doesn't need mobs as badly as DM/DA, but still /DA shines on mobs (and are a must to take full advantage of Dark Regeneration) hence I am not sure Shockwave is your best choice.
Also not sure about Hasten, since Claws recharge pretty quickly.
Also Oppressive Gloom looks over slotted, 1 acc on base slot should be enough for it (I can't thank Maelwys enough for that tip, the extra slots improved my /DA scrappers very very much indeed).-

Ok sorry to bring this post back up but I just thought I should run this IO'd up built past you.
First few things to note-
I know some of this slotting is not ideal, such as the slotting for Dark Regeneration and some other moves but just wanted to see what you think.
Really like the +23% accuracy on this build, as well as the Recharge times and Recovery. Would be thinking that hardly any downtime? :] thanks.
