Sooooo anyone?
I will try and be more specific i currently have 4 slots on vengance cant remember the slotting but i need these slots on my new build elsewhere so whats optimum slotting if its worth slotting at all?
fallout im using instead of vengance on another build the plan is to TP a fallen friend into a group and detonate, i was thinking of slotting for dam and accuracy.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated!!
Vengeance: as many DefBufs as you can afford, preferably 3 (or 3 Membranes if you can use HOs).
Fallout: respec out 
(or Acc/Dmg if you reeeally want it).
CoX 50s: <ill/rad> <ice/ice> <fire/kin> <grav/sonic> <ice/storm> <earth/kin> <kin/elec> <cold/psy> <thugs/dark> <fire/dark> <dark/elec> <night widow> <EM/ninj> <mind/icy>
ok will slot 3 membranes...
gunna stick with fallout for the time bein though, even though everyone i speak to tells me to get rid of it 
3 Membranes and 1 LoTG -recharge in Vengeance. (That lot isn't cheap btw)
I have a controller specced for the STF who has fallout, mainly for going up against the AVs. IIRC it's slotted 2 acc/3 def debuff.

See? I'd agree with the HOs for Vengeance. As for Fallout, I'd go for 2 Acc, 2 Dam, 2 ToHit Debuff pre-HOs and 3 Ensyme, 3 Nucleo (or 3 Membrane, 3 Nucleo if you want to use the Buff / DeBuff bug)
