Hmm, just dreaming about power boost and all the AoE madness that fire brings, sounds lovely. oooh, build up, Aim, power boost, inferno. ooooooh!!!!!

You might want acro earlier than 49 as it's what stops you falling over, and when you're flat on your back you can't shoot anything. You could possibly swap it with Conserve Power as you'll have stamina which should keep you going and you'll nearly always have the odd blue or Kin/Empath/Rad to top up on. Not sure 3 slotting health is such a good idea either, it's not that big a +regen TBH. Perhaps the other 2 slots from health as to-hit buffs in build up?

quick glance....

You're taking Blaze waaaaaaay too late. Try to fit it around 20-25, or if at all possible before that even.

Health is a wast of slots, unless you slot with special IO sets.

You don't need powerboost on this build. It won't hardly do anything for you.

Try and get CP way earlier, you can swap all those endrdx on your attacks for recharges that way, besides SP synergises really well with inferno.
Drop stealth, you really won't need it on a blaster.
Drop the endrdx in PFF, you can't attack while it's up, so you really don't need endrdx on it.
Hasten and blaze could be fit in much earlier. They apport much more than acrobatics at those levels, for instance.
Last 2 slots in power thrust are a waste.
For PvE you don't really need ToH buffs on BU or aim.
I'd personally try and get a kb protection IO and place it on health, and drop acrobatics and stealth for stimulant and aid self.

Missing Fire Breath now... which is a must imo.
This is the build i used on Barbie-Q for PvE. You might want to swap ss for energy punch and get sj at 14... but I'm a hasten addict and wanted it up and operative as soon as possible . I never felt the need of acrobatics as I teamed a lot with a kin and a tank, but if you plan on soloing/playing with unbalanced teams, nor get a kb protection IO, you may want to get it sooner too.
Finally, bear in mind I used this before IO's, but as your build doesn't have any either... I thought it could work

How many times did people say "TAKE BLAZE EARLIER!"? It's your highest damage attack (except for Inferno). Take it at 18, 20 or 22. I'd switch Blazing Bolt for Blaze. For the rest, it looks pretty neat.

Drop the jumping pool altogther and take hover/fly.

Hover is a decent KB protection without wasting that extra power you use getting to acrobatics

Would allow you to shuffle in blaze earlier too.

I'd like to see you going in melee distance to land some EM heavy blows and kite quickly with hover on.

With only 2 attacks until lvl 22 I think you'll find it a bit of a struggle tbh.

With my blasters I always load them up with plenty of attacks and then when I hit respec lvl I remove any of the low damage ones as I have picked up the better ones.

As a lvl 50 build it looks ok...but if you follow that build it will be hard work getting up to the higher levels.
