Advice needed on a Mind/Sonic build...
all the mind stuff looks pretty good, don't have a clue about the sonic. Telekenesis can be a really good power but tis very situational. Imo you should swap it around for hasten which will be of great use with total domination/mass confusion cycling. I would also get confuse earlier too, will help out quite a bit early on if your soloing.
if you do want to free up some slots then 1/2 is fine in telekenesis (expecially when you get 40+ IO's) and also I think end red in sleep is a bit wasted (sicne you can't improve the recharge of sleep). Same witht he end red in terrify, you could get rid of that since you'll only be using it every 30 secodns anyway. Would try to keep 5 slots and go for glimpse of the abyss set eventually (4 slots +9% acc, 5 +6.25 global recharge).
maybe stick on of the slots into confuse (to make 5) for malaise illusions set (5, 6.25 global recharge).
I'd be concerned about the lack of end reduction slotting in Sonic Dispersion. I'd go for at least two, and I'd say they're more important there than in the single-target buffs, which you only use every four minutes, and Telekinesis which you won't want to run all the time. Much like Dispersion Bubble from FF, you'll want it on all the time, and it adds up to quite a drain if you're using it on a Controller who uses a lot of other powers.
You also might want to consider a third end reduction in Disruption Field if it's as bad as I remember - my boyfriend's Ill/Sonic was near unplayable when he tried to run that along with his other toggles, and Mind has a lot more to do than Illusion.
Fine build but i think you'll want Levitate in your build too. If you are planning to solo in future. Because against mez resistant and psi resistant creatures it is your only chace to damage things.
Also Mass Hypnosis is a great tool for the Mind Controllers. You have 3 aggro free powers: Mass Hypnosis, Confuse and Mass Confusion. Maybe you left MH out of your build because of AoE powers of other players. But Total Domination or Terrify (the one i am using for lock) applied after MH removes that handicap and also set containment for terrify.
Other than that your slotings seems reasonable other than Mass Confusion. I think Arika's suggestion worth listening. Also Cybercel is right, mind powers uses so much end, especially if you use them while flying. I have AM and 3 IO slotted stamina to cover it, even they can't cover the costs while flying or using other toggles of radiation.

What Cyber said. You really want 3 EndRdx in both powers. For Sonic Siphon, you can change the EndRdx for a Rechg. It doesn't stack with itself, but that way you can use it on a couple of bosses or have it up quickly in case it misses. Glad you skipped Liquefy, it's pretty rubbish unless you can stack it with other -def/-tht powers like Earthquake or Quicksand. Tactics will be hard to run much without a couple of EndRdx, not sure you really need it tbh. If you want the Psi Epic, don't skip IW and slot it with 3 Rechg. Much more useful than the silly blast.

This look any better? I had already decided today at work to drop leadership in favour of MH...thinking that it'd work well for containment set-up. Would have liked to of gotten Clarity sooner, but having a really hard time trying to fit everything in that i would've liked. As you can see I dropped the stinky Psi blast for IW...didn't take it before because of the mez resistance in my Sonic Dispersion, but you all know better than me...so i folded
Looks nice. You might find you can drop some power or another around 35 to take Clarity. Many of them are great individually (like TK, Confuse, or Mass Hypno), but you'll be too busy to use them all in an attack chain.

Sonic Dispersion gives you mez protection (except against sleeps) which stacks with that from IW.

As Okton said looks really nice but...
If i were you i will swap the places of Mass Hypnosis and Total Domination. Mass Hypnosis has a longer range than Terrify so you can put enemies sleep then hold them with Terrify with little aggro. I say little aggro but it isn't predictible. Sometimes after Terrify mobs fire at you for last time before they cower. This will be a killer blow for you if you add two aggro from TD and Terrify. Also always carry greens (i have rad heal for it) because you can recieve an unexpected hit from a cowering mob anytime. Even the one hitting him is another team member they still want to shoot you. Mobs can be so revengeful.
Interestin' Combo.
I would suggest putting disruption feild in asap. To my one of the glory powers of Sonic (doesnt look great but really adds up) - at least if you have the company of a good tank on your travels.
Clarity I would put in earlier... By the 40s when mez effects start flying around all the time this is a VERY welcome power (for example, by this level, an empathy defender is mainly valued for their equivilant, clear mind).
One rather "out of the box" thinking...

A freindly toon gets your sonic repulsion feild.
Could you do a funky "horns of the ram" pinning manuever between you if you were both well trained?

I might swap Hasten for Disruption Field then...the slotting was only a few lvl apart, so shouldn't make much difference and I could bring Clarity forward to 41 and push the epics back to 44,47,49...juggle some slots around and it should be fine.
As for the combo...felt i wanted to try something a lil different, almost went for FF...but Sonic looked like it had a few more interesting powers(namely Disruption Field and Clarity) Lets just hope its a fun set

First off, i've never played a troller past lvl10 and have decided that with the double xp weekend fast approaching, thought this would be the ideal time to get past the awkward stage...basicly getting to SOs.
I had absolutely no idea on slotting for Mind control...just looked at other builds/guides and tryed to come up with something that to me looked like it'd work. As for /Sonic, I tried to treat this like a /FF (I have a high lvl /FF MM).
Basicly..how does it look, could slots be better spent, could 'X' power be taken before 'X' power...or dropped all together.
