Kings Row, Skyway City, Steel Canyon, Talos Island, Brickstown and Founders Falls for me.
Maybe we could try to get these missions on alts and then make a team going for these badges.

Yup - sounds good to me. I can probably get some of the low level ones for us on Aero Evolved, Rob Hood and Bounty, though, not sure if it's possible to leave and rejoin as Aero once the rest of the team is inside the mission? 
I need 2 get the badges for all the safeguard mishs except Kings row!

It's possible as long as someone is in the mission and the mission isn't completed or failed 
Great! So we can do a "round robin" and rotate our toons, so that all of our alts get the badges!
Onyl a bit worried about the running bankrobbers, have no idea when they start running, whether it be a fter a short amout of time or when a player triggers a certain location in the map (like getting within range of the bank.)
Once inside mission, have about 5 minutes (approx) to change alts....have done it before, and as I was trying to get my third alt to the badge, got booted from the map....saying Mission failed!
If your other alts are ready outside the police van, you could possibly get the badge with 3, maybe 4....but needs to be planned and executed well.

Depending on how long it takes to complete the 2nd Respec Trial, then sure...could be interested.
