But for indulgence sake to join you for one post in your interpretation Stalk; saying grabbing a different AT is all you need to do to solve it, even more so confirms it's the AT and not the man behind it. This which contradicts your earlier post

Hmm perhaps you would care to illustrate which part of my post is contradictory, either that or go back and read my post. I said I would make something else, I dont have one scrapper, one blaster, one stalker, one controller, for example if regens are a problem on my Spines/EA then I can jump on DM/SR stalker and fear and -acc them till DP and IH drop....but wait....here comes a SR scrapper, harder to stack -acc so the DM/SR doesnt really cut it with its lower hitpoints to the scrapper but what takes out SR? Massive burst damage, you dont need to hit often, just fast and hard so here comes the EM/EA. So you see, thats the same AT, just different sets/builds/players, no AT should ever be an issue, there is a way round every AT with any other AT. This is a basic design criteria of the game and was intended at release (as PVP was always intended but wasnt implemented or dwelled on as pvp was not available untill i4) and refined over time to where it is now which is pretty balanced but still needs work and it will come.
As I said, I have a toon for all seasons

What bugs your blaster? What Bugs your DM/regen Scrapper.. thats what the question is about. Things that bug me, might not bug you because of your playstyle/power choices.
My controller is seriously bugged by tankers and brutes - his mind control powers don't seem to work, or, when they do, they don't last...
My materminds arn't fans of controllers and blasters. Controllers because they can neutralise their most effective weapons (minions), and blasters because of their AoE attacks

well thats a much better question, I just found the whole AT pidgeonhole a little too broad and serve to stereotype some myths (IMO of course)
In that case
My DM/SR Stalker hates SR scrappers
My Ice/Ice dom hates SR scrappers
My Fire/TA hates Spines
My Regen scrapper hates dominators and controllers (yes the whole ATs on that one, a lot of people dont realise that regen can be a "lose button" as easily as a win one.
My SM/Fire brute hates TAs
My Ice/Cold corr hates kinetic/elec defenders
My blasters are usually troubled by stormies
My Rad/sonic hates Illusion as rad doesnt affect PA so my mitigation is out of the window
My Fire/Fire blaster hates everything but masterminds 
My BS/SR is pretty well rounded TBH
My Fire/dev has no particular issues

Hmm. I already illustrated it as other wise i clearly couldn't have showed the contradiction, and as Ultra says: again not an answer to the question.
You make valid points about getting other toons (possibly being same AT) to counter certain opponents, but that still doesn't answer the question. Although in your post you accidently already illustrated exactly what the question was about: what toon troubles you in PvP?
But perhaps the questions should indeed be refined and rephrased to 'What AT and with which powersets trouble you in PvP?' to make the nit picky grasp it

Poor PvP / Poor PvE - Hot damn I need another respec. 
Don't bother with arena as I don't enjoy it.
Controllers ??/?? and really hate ??/Kin. (BS/Rgn really really hates ??/kin or anything ice as the attacks are sooooooo sloooooooooooow)
Haven't met a lot of Dominators (thank god) but hate them too.
I also hate facing other regen scrappers and stone tanks/brutes as I have issues hitting them with ToF.
Bots/Dark (lvl44)
Good PvE / Not specced for PvP
Don't like tanks, scrappers or blappers. Might not be able to kill anything but don't instantly die either for everything else.

my troller fears rad/psi defenders
my bs/reg doesnt like any toon with hideous slows and -regen
my blaster fears noone except knight stalkers mum.
how can a troller fear a defender? your amount of holds etc mush em to death
Can't hit with holds when you can't hit them at all, and trollers put up little fight against Psi's long ranged, fast activated attack chains.

not what i experiance at least, and 1 hold def = held xD
/psi has a very nice fast animating longish range attack chain....not many ATs can face a RAD/PSI and come away with a win

If you attack then arena spam attack then arena spam (maybe some healing in there too ) its not going to seem very fast

Oh, but it does, ever seen an ice blaster? /Psi Blast is the defender version of this, only without aim and with highly unresisted damage and a toggle-dropping sleep in the middle.

1 rad/psi defender = 20 BFs which is 10 mins of mez protection, a self heal, massive debuffs and huge unresisted damage

Guys, it would be really nice if we could start having discussions about PvP that didn't involve name-calling and other flames, and so didn't require me to remove chunks of the thread.
I've just had to remove a post for insulting behaviour. My apologies to those whose reasonable posts may have been caught up in this.
Controllers with forcefields for me. They may as well be in another zone for the amount of attention I'm gonna pay them (if possible ).
That and scrappers in general are a pain without any backup.
However as I found out last night, get a couple of people together who actually work in a team in PvP can usually get the win more often than not

I just tell my bruiser to attack them and debuff people who do this, they quickly decide it's a REALLY bad idea to stand there
AoE'ing works, not much you can do to void that but keep moving and lock down people who try.
