Sounds bloody fantastic to me. If anyone wants me for their Union team give me a PM.
Sounds like a good laugh, Sadly not seeing many of the swords online these days so looks like ill be a gun for hire. if anyone wants my Mastermind or controller on a defiant team give me a shout.
Forgot to say that my mastermind is a better team player robots/dark. But my mind/empath can do well in teams too.

Hi everybody i'm the last new member of the super-group Legendes Urbaines from the Vigilance Server. I've just add this on the Legendes Urbaines personal forum to check who is interested in but i guess many of us will be for sure.
It's gonna be fun and we are often looking after this kinda event so be prepared to fight mates

FU/LouD over on Union can't field an 8-person team, but I'd maybe be interested in joining in if there's a spot on a team. The obvious toons on Union would be my Empath or my Thermal. I also have a Sonic/Elec Blaster at 50 and a Rad/Psy Defender at 47-ish on Defiant. I'm far more confident on the two Union toons, though.
I'm up for joining a Union Team. I've got 3 toons to choose from - Enervator, Shadow Stryke and Transonic.
If you think I make the grade I join too. Hero wise it just be a tank but villains got choice between thermal corruptor and stalker (don't think it be the place for my dom).
Im sure would have afew interested from my sg but like FU/LouD don't think would be able to field a full 8 man team (well of pvp international standard).

Well, if someone can bear with a non-standard type of squishy in their team, I'm up for joining a Union team with Omega Patient (Fire/Ice/Mu Dominator) or Coldest War (Ice/Dev/Fire Blaster).

I say make it 16 in each team :P I'm sure union could field 16 players
Shame you can't have 16 vs 16 without all being in the same SG. I'm sure Union could have 16 players maybe more. I'm not so sure about the other servers though.
Well, since this is happening on Test, I guess there is no harm in forming a SG for each side there and have all characters join that for the duration of the event?

As for the whole 16vs16 thing, it'd be easier if Union could just enter two teams. Basically what I want to do with this tournament is bring the top-level PvPers from each of the servers up to the level where they can compete in teams with the top-of-the-top teams like Retribution so that we get more competitive arena all round.
Why don't FU/LoUD merge with some other union players to form an 8 man team?

That was sort of my thinking - I was going to get Syn to shout at KS about it, but KS shouted at Syn first. Not sure if it's all set yet, but it looks like at least Syn and I might have a team.
I'll throw my Stalker into the mix for the Defiant team, although best stick me on a list of 'back up' people seeing as I usually work until around 9pm-ish and I dont know if I'll be able to get the 21st off work yet.
If there are some no-shows then feel free to give me a shout.
Lets organize this one properly, shall we? I'm pretty well versed in who the good PvPers are on Defiant, but not so much on the other servers.
VIGILANCE I have had some fights with a long LONG time ago, and they were top players. In fact, I would go so far as to say that they taught us a lot of what we know today, from using Acrobatics on squishies to avoid knockback to co-ordinating on the same target for easier kills. HOWEVER times have changed. Lets see if they can keep up!
UNION. Old old rivals, you guys. I've faced off against you many times, and the matches have always been fast paced and fun. Now I hear that there new players, and even players with villains ready to step into the fray? Bring it on I say. Bring it on.
ZUKUNFT are the dark horse of this tournament, since they are the only server I know very little about. They beat us in the final of the S4 bantamweight division, but that was then and this is now. Can the Germans hold their own in the highest of the high level PvP? I want to find out.
SO I propose an 8vs8 tournament of EPIC proportion on Wednesday 21st of March at 8pm in Pocket D on the Test Server. The rules will be as follows:
All fights are at level 50. If you wish to bring lower level characters, you can, but there will be no weight limit set so those with 50s will have the advantage.
No more than two of the same archetype per team. This means teams CANNOT take a team with four controllers, or defenders in it. This is to at least try and stop our teams becoming like the teams in the US, which consist of little more than blasters and defenders.
Each team may consist of both Heroes AND Villains. If you want a team with two stalkers and two scrappers in it, you're welcome to do so.
Inspirations and Temp Powers are allowed. Anything that you can use in the arena is fair game to be used.
Matches will be 10 minutes long. Anything over that gets a bit tedious, in my opinion.
Since these matches are going to be Eight players a side, I don't think we'll get more than one or two teams per server. As such, I'll hopefully be able to run this as a round-robin style tournament where all the teams get to play each other.
I can't wait for this. I hope to see as many of you there as possible, spectating even if you're not playing. This will probably be the highest level of PvP the EU servers has ever seen so lets make these fights ones worth watching!
P.S. It would be really handy if people who spoke both fluent French/German AND English got into contact with me to help me organize the tournament on the night as I can appreciate that not everyone will be able to speak English there.
