Kheldian background question:
At what point in the COX timeline did Kheldians reveal their presence or their presence become widely public knowledge?
I seem to think it's been fairly arbitrarily mentioned to have followed the Rikti War.

In short:
Peacebringers are natural Kheldians merged with humans. Peacebringers wield powers of pure light and have the innate ability. to fly. With their inherent Interspatial Link power, Kheldians gain in strength as they group with other Heroes.
Warshades are Kheldians who have been heavily experimented upon to become Nictus (they used experiments to increase their own power, in order to continue to enslave and destory their natural enemy (ironically Kheldians(PBs)) and lifespan amongst many other things). Many Nictus feed off the energies of others, but the Warshades have seen the error of their ways and now seek to redeem themselves.
Is there anywhere you can learn about the Khelds background? Like what their history is and how their society looks like (if they have one that is.).
I guess most of this is secret, or in other words, not made up yet. But I'm just curious and it would help my WS's background.
