EM/SR Build
Not bad build. Acrobatics doesnt need that many end redux, I make do with one on all my toons.
I'd take Quickness earlier, with it Practiced Brawler starts stacking with 2 Recharge Reductions which saves you a slot there. And you should be able to get away without taking Acrobatics at all as well with the protection that PB gives.
I find that Aid Self also comes in very handy in PvE for a /SR

the reason for the stealth in there is some enermies like rikti drones knives of art- etc and specialy the tree AV on respec trial have +percept, where the stealth cones in handy for taking you over their percept lol, so can still get away with ASing things

Rikti drones seem to have unbelievable perception. Im not sure if even hide+stealth is enough.
Sorry Trix old boy, Hammerfall is correct. The Rikti Drones will see you through Hide+Stealth and as far as I can remember so will the Knives of Artimas as well.
I might see about building in Stealth, for the more normal enemies, as I had a feeling beforehand that the stacking probably wouldn't help against Rikti Drones etc. The last four powers were mianly gap-fillers anyway, as none of the Patron powers really seem that good for a Stalker.

Could in theory get dark blast for toHit debuff and synch with your def, but I'm not sure if its values are worth it.
ps. don't forget that stealth will give you -speed as well.

hmmm, i must have been really lucky then, i've done a good couple of Rikti mishes lately with my stalker and the drones hasnt reacted the slightest to me being there and i only have Hide so far...

I think that you could go without fly and just take hasten + ss for rech on hasten or cj + sj for def on cj. Also aid self is very useful but hard to fit in at lower levels so make sure you get it by 50. Also I suggest ET asap great for tking down ebs ect

The Leaping Pool at the end levels was mostly a gap-filler, as the picks seemed more useful than the rather pants options available from the Patron Pools.

simple, /sr has built in kb and immob protection, secondly quickness replaces the need for hasten and pvp wise and PVE vert movement as well as hori- movement is important.
SJs nice but sometimes pve or pvp things fly up out of reach, sometimes you can get them, other times you just bringing yourself into reach to be hit hard.
hasten was added towards the end to boost power recharges even more, not really that needed tbt lol, and SS kinda a luxury as apposed to nessessity, hasten and SS could quite easily be replaced with 2 other powers, stalker wise not all parton powers are poor on stalkers, web envolope being a useful one tbt
and you could swap hasten/ss for aid other(or stimulant)/aid self or go boxing/tough and give your stalker something they missing, which is padding for when something does land.

That doesnt mean you wont recharge even faster with both quickness AND hasten. Besides I wouldnt go replacing hasten with quickness myself.
Getting acro would be silly, though.
IMO Hasten and Quickness form a good synergy. All of your Powers in EM-Set are pretty Recharge-Heavy, with both Powers they come just as fast as I need them to, and Elude gets a substantial Recharge-Boost as well.
Replacing Haste with Quickness or the other way around would be pretty silly to me. Quick + Haste replaces a second Recharge-Slot in my Attacks for that matter.

For both of your builds that you have both posted up I would say imho are both kinda flawed.
Your both playing these toons as you would scrappers I would say trying to grab as many attacks as you can. You can survice with just 2 attacks till lvl 22 but is hard going.(now since your pve u will want prob an attack before that)

Only reason I used PPP is for the hold and can be easly exchanged with Agile + Evasion
I was in this build trying to get the max out of my sloting. Also I was trying to max out my damage with speed being able to layout as much as possible. I have tried this in pve and it worked petty well just have to get through the hard started lvl's.
Another idea would be to get aid self at lvl the lvl's were I have the PPP.
This is the first Stalker build I've attempted, and also the first Stalker, so critique is welcome for the build. It's based solely for PvE, hence why the Stealth pool has been left out, as I don't think I'll be needing it for the PvE side of the game.
(Also, Hero Builder went a bit funny at one point, so any weirdly-placed enhancements can be overlooked if I've missed them.)
