Actually, if you plan to solo, ill/rad is even better imo, at least until you get to 38 (and even after that, in some situations). If you plan to duo a lot and do prefer /kin, I wouldn't take the medicine pool since you have Transfusion (self and team heal) as well as Increase Density. Likewise, as a /kin, you should take Hasten which is much more useful than the Fighting pool (Leadership is nice for Tactics, but that depends more on your build and playstyle).

Ill/Rad it is than. Because i came up with a good background. For soloing others will taken into the consediration for further projects. But for Saturday i'll stick with Ill/Rad. Okay now i have to start drawings for costume and try to find a couple of players to company us.

Ill/Rad is a good pick providing for safe&fast soloing.
Consider Mind/Rad or Fire/Rad as well. Fire/rad can outdamage the others and offers more (hard) control then Illusion. Mind/Rad offers best control of all with less chaos and with good damage as well. No pet in Mind, but MC is a great tool making for safe play with easy kills --> herd with RI then confuse them all. Follow up with the rest of your attack chain.
Totally different plastyle as the latter two require more active work from yourself instead of the lazy 'fire and forget' illusion with PA, Spec Ter, Phant. SI and confuse excellent solo tools though
All are sweet and succomb to personal preference. 
And oh, forget about med and fight pool, a troller has better things to do.
P.S. this thread has derailed from 'worst powerset combo' to best solo troller. Stop it here & now

Oh, just realised, you mean sonic secondary? Never seen it abbreviated like that, SR always refers to Super reflexes, Sonic Resonance always gets shortened to sonic, FYI
Ill/Sonic? Bad? Pah lol I think it's ace! Nothing more fun than dropping down disruption field on a set of invincible pets is there Hehe I have to admit it is a very slow build and doesn't start picking up until you get to lvl20+ but is well worth the wait Nice sets for a tank duo too!
Just an advice:
Try Ill/FF in pvp, duelling.
Anti stalkers combination and very good against all others archtypes, you can send pets and stay safe in PFF and put it off just to hold and use some spectral wounds when you feel you can put PFF down.(But keep dispersion bubble always on.)
To not mention aid self + PFF. too good to be real.
Get hasten as well to use PA often and to have a fast PFF recharge.
Everyones will have hard time tryng to hit you, and at the same time they'll have to care about you're pets, you're hold powers, you confuse power (very good because coonfused people lose your target and its not easy targeting you again with all that pets gather you).
I love that combination, it make me feel so hard to hit and kill in pvp

There is none.
I'd agree with Okton that Grav/Sonic would probably have the worst synergy, but neither are bad sets.
Apart from Mind, Gravity is the only primary that won't let you benefit from putting sonic's anchored -res debuff on your pet (Mind doesn't have a pet, and Sing will repel them out of the Effected Area).
Gravity has got fairly good damage output... but it's smashing damage, which is more heavily resisted.

It seems Ill/Kin is a better option. I will use 4 power pool sets. Fitness, Medic, Fighting and Flight. So i think this will cover the lack of healing. As i can use self-heal in PFF this makes sense i guess.
I had a Mind/Empath troller but deleted her. She's really good but in lower levels, without a raptor pack she can't stay alive in hollows or other hazard zones. But i think i can give it a shot, i mean an ill/kin troller. Or make it mind/kin. As only ATs i like are Defender and Controller there are still so many combinations for me to try.
Actually my brother's asking me to start together again with new characters on Saturday, i'll try ill/kin or mind/kin. As he loves to play Blasters, i think someone have to keep him alive. XD

As stated you wont need the Medic pool. Transfusion is the most powerful heal in the game.
If your brother is wanting you to duo wuth his Blaster, you need to find out if he prefers ranged or close in Blapping.
The Kinetic heal favours melee players as the heal is generated from the target mob.
If it's ranged tactics he uses then something like a Dark/Dark Defender, Illusion/Empath or even an Ice or Fire Tank would be helpful for him.
