As I said I have very little PvP experience.

I have 275 PvP rating on my brute, but I may try this in PvE - been meaning to test if fury multiplies the base damage or the slotted damage. Which is a point I think ur overlooking.

[/ QUOTE ]Fury is a damage buff, just like enhancers and all other buffs.

I dont know how to put this but, Max what is ur point? It doesnt seem to relate to the post u quote so Im curious.

@T0ughGuy690
If u state as fact something which is up for debate, then Id need some proof i.e. testing or a link which is known to be good. Im only interested in facts not heresay.

The point Max was trying to make is that fury, like any other damage buff be it Forge or a red insp, increases base damage not slotted damage. This is also what I was saying in my last post. I dont have any link that will show this as a fact, but AFAIK this is common knowledge.

Its common knowledge that most people slot damage in their attacks.

[/ QUOTE ]The point is that instead of boosting the damage after all other factors have been added, or being a direct base damage multiplier, it is a damage buff, and thus is added to the total sum of all damage buffs and enhancements, and THAt sum is used as a damage multiplier. It is, of course, not clear from my post to someone who is not aware of how damage is calculated so I understand the reason for your confusion.

I think it's my turn to ask you what your point is? :P

Im allways slot my slots with 3 acc 3 damage, becuse with to few acc ench ur gonna have big acc problems, if ur not got rage or other +acc buff. If u want fast attacks u should get hasten, becuse acc is the must important thing if u ask me

Yup i agree with olympus half and half on acc and damage that way you cant miss easily and you do good damadge remmember to combine them

I still agree with myself :P
I have TF 6 slotted now, 2 acc 3 recharge 1 end, and I just got ET. I will 6 slot this too, but might change the end slot for a dmg slot (ET doesn't use nearly as much as TF). Basically I can hit TF or ET every 5 seconds then. That means I can pretty much take out a +2 minion every 5 seconds with a single shot. Those 3 dmg SOs wont match that
Doing fine with the end useage as well.

Ive got an EM/inv brute to lv 36 now. Barrage and energy punch I slotted 3 acc 1 end, and a recharge in EP, no damage just yet. TF I have 3acc 2end and 1 rechage. ET I have 3acc 1 recharge and 2 damage. TF has come down from 18end cost to around the same as ET which has 10 end cost. With my secondary I dont have the recharge buff of lightening reflexes but I can take alot more damage pre-unstoppable that my /elec brutes; and dull pain cancels out alot of health lost from ET spammed. My end is pretty good, but I have got force of nature pre lv24 so it gives me an end recovery option; and recharge rate buff. I have hasten too.

I took taunt at lv 35 over stun or whirling hands. Taunt is very annoying for me in PvP and I hope to return the favor sometime.
