Close? lol. How many times did you actually die? I know I managed to kill healing touch only once.. You got like 21 kills and the other teams something like 7 a piece at best..

Yes if I'm honest I also missed the final for my own tournament 
. Reason being it was a Sunday and I lost track of time, what with all the food, tv. etc. But I'm glad that the final match got underway and the new champions are the Paragon Defenders; Huge Gratz to you guys! And yes the new name for Defiant's PvP & Arena organisation is now Defiant League. The global chat channel is now up and running so just send me a tell @Captain Alpha 01 for an invite or alternitavely use the channel search tool on your chat box to find us.

I didn't die at all, Healing Touch dropped maybe two or thre kills, I think Mesmer died once, if that. But it was very hard to actually pin people down for the kill.

Heh glad you liked it, was a lucky time 2 press the print screen button. Anyways now that the A8PM tournament is all done and dusted I want to move on and try another event in the near future under the new name of my little organisation "Defiant League". Reason being the name has changed is because of Jakku's departure (was his event name) and I dont want to cause confusion and limits because of the actual name i.e. it had "8PM" in it . So my new question to you guys is:
Any Event in the arena or in a PvP zone, what do you want to see and how would you want it to be done!

Probably an unpopular idea but how about something that teams newbies to PvP with the experts?
Edit to clarify, something like 2 experts, 1 newbie per team so the new player gets shown the ropes rather than hung from them

Hmmmm i think i may have come up with something that can combine these suggestions and keep the PD's occupied with people to defeat
What if I held a day with the following setup:
A meet at galaxy city arena, open to everyone for the new players to learn some new tricks from the masters in all things PvP, and a chance for all players, whatever experience to get together and have some fun and get some matches going, then in the evening i hold a little tournament similar to the last one and give out a prize this time, errr sorry PD's about no prize last time! ^^ I guess i could call it PvP Day or something. Well it's just an early suggestion.

You or have a day where like u see talk to the new members to PvP and help them out with PvP. Then another day for the tournament, this way we may get more people joining from the day of the new PvPers Anyway its your call

Hmmm that actually may be a better idea, i think it would get more participants that way, so a sorta "introduction, training and practise" day first then the matches on the following day. Sounds pretty good. Will have to look this over first before i turn it into a scheduled event though.

I am up for any thing you have Planned M8, i missed the Tornament RL Sucks somtimes . I can PvP but i a sort of Newbie To the Arena, so i would like to be in an Experienced PvP team If possible.

I'd love to attend too. Got a lowbie (22) Grav / TA I think might be useful in the Arena. Wouldn't mind giving my late 20s Kin / Elec a whirl too.
Plus Carni is in the late 40s & Maloth the late 30s so I have a full spread of chars I'd like to try in various Arena set-ups
