What do I do!?!

Is it worth ruling out the Fitness pool if I have Regen incl. the Quick Recovery power?

Or shall i get both?

Depends on your primary, if it's something END hungry, I'd get both.

However, if it's choice between the two, QR is more powerful.

Quick recory is more powerful as it a secondary power as opposed to a powerpool.

Like MaXimillion said depends on your primary.

Depends on how many toggles you pick up in pools n epics too. Wanna run tactics, assault, Focused acuracy, intergration and SJ/CJ? You'll feel the need for both, not too mention hasten. But of course your primary powers matter too.

Answer this question: Do you like being an unstoppable asskicking dervish?

Plus, (slotted) Health works really well with Regen, so it's not as if you have 'useless' powers to take in order to get it.

The Primary is Katana, i don't know the set so don't know of any toggles, also not decided which pools to take.

This is to be my new main on CoH and I'm approaching lvl 6, so need to get the pools started!

Cheers for the input so far gang.

My view on stamina for regen is that it can wait. Almost everyone else needs to plan for stamina at 20. Regen doesn't. Regen is not very end hungry. It only has one toggle and the clickies aren't that expensive. I would plan for stamina late. You might start needing it in the late twenties to mid thirties.

Later on in the 40s, depending on your picks you might find it necessary, for my Spines/Regen/Body build I certainly needed it ( mainly because of Focussed Accuracy and excessive spammed AoE attacks ).

@Unthing ... Mostly on Union.

With katana you won't really need stamina unless you get focused ACC, so it can wait.

My Kat/Regen made it quite happily to 50 without Stamina...I guess if you want End heavy pool toggles you may want it but I went for quite a straight build with just the flight and speed pools plus Weapon Mastery.

I do have my attacks slotted 2xAcc/3xDam/1xEndRed plus an EndRed in Integration.

I too took my Katana/Regen to 50 without getting Stamina, and then i realised you can never have enough Blue and so respec'd into it. If you want to do some PvP with your toon aswell as whatever, Stamina is advisable. If purely PvE then you wont need it and that free's up a powerpool for other more useful powers.

Get it. It's always handy.
