How dare they say hot feet sucks!! Hot Feet does that extra dot and slow damage in melee range so if they do try and enter melee range most of the time they'll try and flee but because of the slow it makes them easier to kill ^^ I've been a fan of Hot Feet since my controller! (more use for the controller mind you) but still works just as well for blasters 
if you have fire sword why not take Hot Feet as well its a good power to pick =D just slot it with 2 dmg if you can and you'll be fine and destructive! ^^

Bitter Freeze Ray seems to disappoint everyone who takes it. Ice is fast, but BFR is most definitely not. I have an Ice/Fire Blaster (level 49) and I have the bolt, blast, bitter blast and cone. I wouldn't be without them. But then I don't use hasten, so I need 4 attacks.

I just tooked Fire Sword Circle recently and holy smokes!! does it do a lotta damage!! =D I love it to bits!! If you have concerns for hot feet choose FS Circle instead! it kicks [censored]!

Im close to lvl 38 but i really dunno what to get.
Im planning to get force field as epis powers, so i'll probably drop concealment powers (no need invisible to ghost when you have PFF) but i still dunno for lvl 38..
i was thinking about Hot Feet, but everyones say it sucks (plus im a fling hero, and i cant use hot feet in the sky).. Burn is a joke... it was a good power until suppression, now it has no sense...
dont need ice bolt cause its minor dmg and im not gonna get a lvl 1 power -.-
so... what should i get?:P

still dunno how exactly hot feet works but i mean, its final power!! it cant suck ><
Bitter freeze ray is slow...very slow casting time, you dont need it in pve since freeze ray has a good recharge, but probably it could be nice in pvp.. BFR+FR should be enough to break acrobatics and hold everyones but tankers and scrappers/brutes..
what's your advice guys? considering im gonna get force field powers and probably dropping on concealment (i think its stupid to keet invisibility and pff togheter...you'll always prefer pff)
