I think it's taken less due to people preferring other secondarys to go with for Katana/
Katana/Dark is an extremely awesome set, though. Both number-wise, gameplay-wise (with the utilities), and for a interesting and unique concept.

That's probably a major reason. High endurance costs are definately not popular.
Katana/da is ok. But BS/DA is more HACK :P
The very first toon I rolled up here is a Kat/DA. Even after four years, he's still sitting at level 39. I just can't summon the enthusiasm to play him when I have other, far more interesting toons to play. The endurance is definitely an issue though.

My Scrapper's 50 now (how suprising 
) and it is a powerful combo, very fun in large groups with the mez and AoEs (went Dark Mastery), even better with speed boost. Don't play him much nowadays due to him being, well, boring to play, much prefer my Fire/Fire.

Hey iv been playing my katana/dark armor a while now (only lvl 24 on it) and im having the greatest time ever on it. The AoE damage of the combined attacks are outstanding, i can kill a group of yellow minions within the first chain
But on my higher level alts i have noticed that i am as of yet to see a high level katana/DA, now i know that they exist because iv read all the posts about them on the forums, but have people lost interest in this build and if so why???
Theres only two possible reasons why i can think people wouldnt like it and they are:
1) The amount of endurance that it needs to work.
2) The fact that you have to get to about level 18 before you can start really kicking a**.
So has any1 seen any high levels of these lately? or am i just not looking hard enough?
