Aid Self over Health?
Three slotted health is....a downtime reducer, and not much else. Aid self, on the other hand, is a huge survivability boost, and I really wouldn't recommend missing it if you want to be able to take damage.
didnt wanna regret dropping aid self over health if it wasnt all that, such a tight build tho with these two sets bu havign fun for now nevertheless.
think tough will have to wait a while and i may not get conserve power at all, but still keep stamina and use power sink whenever.
bad thing is i still took jab, punch, haymaker, KO blow, bu wil substitute either jab or punch with Boxing when the time is right leading into Tough nicely.
I don't get all the fuss about AS though

On a tanker 3 slotted health really makes a moderate difference. I can't speak for Brutes. I imagine Aid self is far superior.

Particularly since ElA is otherwise missing a self heal. Aid Self is a clear winner.

i've got both of them, i've health 3 slotted +0 SO and i found it very helpful as your health is fully recovered between battles with no need of resting (and loosing fury)... However, if you are facing a large number of foes it will not help you as much as Aid self.
I also have aid self (not fully slotted yet, only 1 int red and 2 rechred), and although it is very useful, the interrupt thing is really a pain when you fihght foes like COT or SWATs that uses slow powers, or -fly, -jump or even DoT damage like flammethrowers...I mean powers that affect you for several seconds, as they will interrupt your Aid self time after time... Maybe this will be solved with a second int. red, but i do not think so...
Deffo get both. Reduced downtime and you'll want to get Stamina at 20 so you might as well, unless you've got to have Sprint and Hurdle.
Health isnt what it was and I use it as a stepping stone to stamina, aid self on elec is vital imo

Just properly gimped up my SS/ELA build by getting Hurl, sure looks funky but never use it for real with that draw time.
So I'm gonna get Grounded instead, always intended to.
However, was just wondering, a 3-slotted Health is how effetcive? Never tried it before, was wondering if a 3-slotted health could be better to have over Aid self as it allows me to get Tough a lot earlier..
Spose it all comes down to damage mitigation, Tough and 3-slotted health over Aid Self? Experiences, raw numbers, any advice really wanna use this respec ASAP :P
Also tempted to dabble in Conserve Power and Power Sink to replace Stamina ... :P but that's for another respec.
So should I keep Aid Self, or get Health.
