well, as u said, its not an easy task.. so take this info.. corrupters with debuff should be highly promoted if u want success. and last time i did it it took 4.5 hours (and thats fast) so expect 5-6 atleast. i will foin, if u will have me, i may have to do minor AFKs at time, during the SF, but u wont have to fight AVs without me.. so its up to u to accept me or not. i fully understand if u dont 
but ill show up anyway at 10 am with my Dominator or MM depending on team config.
Count me in with Kinslayer my lvl 50 fire/thermal Corruptor.
As Doc said, you may want to reserve the right to pick the team rather than just take people in sign up order. More than two under 49-50's will have a big impact(there's a lot of running in this SF so LK range is dangerous at best) and you really want brutes and buffer/debuffers making up the bulk of the team.
Finally, I'd probably INSIST on the Warburg chem nuke at the very least. Everyone i've spoken to so far has cited these as a huge factor in success. Shivans and other nukes can probably be optional, especially as the shivans are lucky to last amore than a few seconds and are just used as alpha strike fodder.
I'll show up and will pick up a new set of nukes today as well. Also i think it might be a good idea to stock up on def inspires as well.

We've admitted defeat on the last mission. Completely unable to seperate out any of the Heroes from the pack, and even after dumping a megaton of nukes on them, no joy.
But, given the fact we had no Rads, Darks, etc., I think we did well. We cruised through the first four missions.
