How should I slot Icicles?
first things first stick 3xend reds in there.
I picked them up at 22 on mine on Sunday (now 26.7) and it made a massive difference to my damage output.
I'm considering putting either 1acc 2dam or 2acc 1 dam, in them for the final 3 slots, but they will wait till after energy absorption is slotted.
If you take them, I'd say 1 acc 2 End 3 dam, or 2 acc 1 end 3 dam. EndRdx isn't that important with ice tanks since we get EA.
ah, but I only have EA just now, and the initial 3xend red really helps for the levels in between. I may experiment with dropping to just two end reds in it, but as I don't have any endreds in glacial, frozen armour or chilling embrace, and just a single endred in wet ice, i may just keep it there.
Will have a little play once I've got EA slotted.

Would Rage & 1 acc in each attack be fine for PvP? since I don't really want to slot 2 accs

3 slotted Rage + 1 ACC would cap your to hit against people with no defence. However you would only have about a 65% to hit chance against defence based sets.
2xACCs would give you about an 85% vchance to hit against defence sets.
This assumes about 30 defence.
