PvP rep badges: Looking for people to work for it

I would be interested with my erm Uber PvP empath 
This sounds a totaly low down way to earn this badge. And completely devalues all those who worked hard to earn it. You expect us to go along with this? I mean me of all people? What do you think I am? What do you take me for? I mean... When are you doing this and when can I join in? Rofl

Don't know if it's still bugged but you can get some of the PvP (Disruptor for one) badges just by doing the missions.
I've done this more than once:
Do the missions in Siren's and get 1 or 2 badges (don't remember which missions sorry)
Do the missions in Warburg and get 1 or 2 badges (Don't remember which missions sorry)
The badges you can get from this are: Disruptor (PvP rep of 400), Agent Provocateur (Complete 50 PvP missions), Vigilante (do a mission that debuffs your opponent) and fairly sure you get Reinforcement aswell (Defeat 20 opponents)
But I would like to join for the 100 rep badge (Forward Observer) since my badger isn't my PvPer

Im pretty sure that they fixed that bug. Got the badges through the bug on my non badge hero but it was fixed by the time i did missions with my badger

Doubt MOST people that got the 400 rep badge the 'hard' way did it for the badge

I was thinking that perhaps we could meet at around 8PM BST on Wednesday in Warburg, there may not be a lot of us but we won't be getting it in one session anyway so the sooner we get started the better, and we can always drum up more interest later on.

Whaaat.. I earned the disruptor badge for Captain Skyfire ON MY OWN and not arranging anything or even taking easy targets too many times. This sort of thing takes away everything the badges are there for, ie. to show you have actually accomplished something. 
The fastest way to get it is imo solo in sirens call, if you just happen to be a damagedealer. The team just slows down the progress a lot when rep gets divided. Or at least keep team to a minimum. Thats doing it straight.. THough not everyone can be a blaster I guess.
And you do realize that announcing this beforehand will ensure there will be bazillion hardcore zone PVPers out there wanting a piece of you.. Whatevers left over after me, muhahahaa

Mmmm he has a point so may i suggest that those who are up for doing this we change the date and time as i for one dont fancy having to fight hard core pvpers, or stalkers who AS and run for the hills .
I will try and talk to you tonight therra about this this if your on that is, on another point that hammerfall made i agree its not the best way to earn a badge as i for one like to earn them the right way but i would say im not a huge pvp fan and tbh i suck at it as my toons builds are not set up for it, but as a badge hunter this is the only way i can get an otherwise out of my reach badge.
This is originally still a pretty bad idea, because you get a 10 minute cooldown after killing an opponent, during which you wont get any rep from him. Only after the cooldown is finished.
Just get on a good REAL PvP team and try to keep up. :P
As far as I know you only get a 10 minute cooldown against that particular opponent, which means that if there are 8 of us (for instance) we can each fight 7 different opponents in that 10min period, plus we get the whole 1 point of rep per win rather than it being split across the team.
I doubt you could manage that sort of rate in normal PVP unless the zone had a much higher than usual number of players.
Ok people raise some good points, if you are still interested I've got a work around, send a tell to me ingame (@Therra) and I'll keep you upto date.
This tread has been cross posted on both Defiant Heroes and Defiant Villains in order to get as much interest as possible and it involves both groups.
400 PvP rep is a lot to get, so basicly some of us are planning to get together and have a good few nights beating each other in a planned way so that everyone can get to 400 as fast as possible.
Details on how this will work depands upon interest but since there is the 10 minutes cooldown period after beating someone before you can get rep again the basic idea is to ensure everyone beats everyone every 10 minutes.
The best place seems to be Warburg since anyone not in your team can be beaten for rep even if they are on the same 'side'.
So if you are interested please sign up below, we won't need to stick to 8 person teams for this and the more the better really.
