What do you think of this ?
Without taking stamina you may find you have End problems in the earlier levels if you don't slot end redux in Integration. My Spines/Regen has Stamina as well as QR and can have Integration and SS running constantly with one End Redux SO in each (The SS for the stealth component more than anything). If you add Leadership pool end costs into the mix as well I could see you struggling a bit to be honest.
I assume you are level 50 and this is a respec build.
I would say not enough end reducers, Conserve power is not up all of the time ( maybe 1/3rd ), with no end reducers in attacks, the only toggle with one being Assault and no stamina I think you'll need a pet kinetic to speed boost you. Especially as you have Focussed Accuracy and Tactics which are both expensive.

drop boxing and tough IMO as well as revive and throw in the fitness pool, buying awakens is cheaper than using a powerslot

2 Acc's, FA and tactics is probably a bit too much overkill. If you plan on running FA and Tactics you could probably drop one of the Acc's in your attacks and go for either an end redux or another recharge.
Slice sucks, no bones about it. Take Build up alot earlier instead of Slice, and pick something else instead of Slice.

Not sure what i could pick up instead of slice I have a question tho : 2 acc is bit much indeed with Tac and FA, but do you think i can drop one as soon as i get Tactics or better to wait also for FA to drop the second acc ?

2 acc, tactics and FA isnt overkill in PVP, tactics and FA will allow you to see stalkers in RV, I wouldnt drop any ACC from attacks. You will ahve end issues though as tactics is quite heavy and FA is even worse.
You dont need stealth and invisibility.
Lose 2 slots from resiliance, 1 SO gives 6.7, 3 SOs gives 8.8, very expensive way to get 2.1% resistance. Resiliance is needed for the auto mez protect and thats about it.
Slice is in the alkward spot of the lvl 4 powers, he cant sacrifice it for a pool, he HAS to take a choice of slice or hack, so its either higher damage and multiple foes with higher cost and longer animation or fast cheap slash which is single target. I took hack to fill out attack chain better personally.

Here's my rough Lvl50 PvP bias build (I changed order of powers when I respec'd) and I still have endurance problems running everything and attacking for extended periods of time without conserve the build wouldn't work very well, and it always seems to be there ready when I run low.

Slice isn't a horrible power, that would be Slash lol, i've taken it at the end as a filler because I don't have any pool attacks, and it can be useful when Hasten isn't up or when you are slowed, also it's good for taking that last little sliver of HP off instead of using a big attack.
My PvP attack chain, with Hasten up of course, is Headsplitter - Disembowel - Hack. Repeat .
Without hasten Slice will get thrown in next to complete the chain, then Slash only if I really need it.
When taking and using Parry I wouldn't take Slash of course.
I completely disagree with this, get revive, its way better than stupid awakens
And a lot of people completely disagree with you. Resilience means awakens can't stun you. Revive is, in it's current state, not worth the power which could be spent elsewhere. It's better than awakens, but not better than most other moves available.

At the end i intend to do PvP as well as PvE... I didn't take stamina cause as i saw with CoH builder i think i can manage with conserve power and quick recovery...
The 4th enh in Hasten is just to make it appears a bit faster in order to have conserve power faster...
Let me know if you think i have made a really big mistake or if you have any thoughts about it
