((There is very little public information about TD, and almost nothing in the hero corps database other than an "Extremely Dangerous" flag. However, Miss Ellie knows about her, as does Grav Mistress, Tigergirl, Mileena Lim, Inago and a few others...
Body count wise, I think it's at around the 24 mark, 20 of them being extremely unpleasant! None were PC's, although she did almost tear TimeKeepers head off!))
