Ah, is that why PB's seem weak...

What change to form slotting?
[/ QUOTE ]
Uuuuuum THIS one.

I have no idea what I'm supposed to be looking at. This looks normal to me and I've had a Kheldian from well before i7, like 3 months before.

[/ QUOTE ]The fact that you can slot form powers before you get the form?
Oh, and IMO it still doesn't fix things, there's too few power picks, and too few slots.
WS aoes should get a bonus to acc for some strange reason so we can spare 1 or 2 slots for something else
I've never been quite sure why people dont like PBs, or think they're weak anyway.
You get dull pain, reconstruction and phase shift without having to take any tier 1 or 2 power pool powers.
If you max your shields you have around 55% resistance to energy and around 43% resistance to everything else except psionic.
You get Total Focus and Energy punch (Incandescent and Radiant Strike)
You get Unstoppable.
The ranged damage is a little lacking, but just taking Gleaming blast and Glinting eye is enough for PvP. The AoE damage isn't too bad for PvE.
You then get the forms and Nova if you're that way inclined.
The only thing a PB really lacks is Mez resist, but if it had that then they would be far too powerful.
Jupiter is slow looking into his notebook, but he always looks.
The Retribution is coming.

Maybe you should just accept that you don't get Khelds or how to play them Lui and avoid all the negative posts that might put players off ever wanting to try one?

Aaaaah, no wonder I wouldn't notice. My PB is tri-form.

...Pardon?
That's the only time you WOULD notice.
When you next do a respec, the first bit will be the same (pick your powers in order they become available) but then when it comes to the slotting, you can slot ALL your inherent form powers from level 1
Thats why in that link i provided, the screenshot showed a person who was level 20 or so, and had about 15 slots added to his Dwarf powers.
IIRC you can't slot the ACTUAL power (ie for Endmod, DmgRes etc), only the inherents.
I think its a gr8 change personally and made a noticeable difference to my build.
I get what he means. I'm tri-form and it would make no difference to me either. Nova is available at level 6 so almost straight away you have somewhere to be putting your slots without wasting them. A human/dwarf build would benefit more I would imagine.
Oh right, i see what u mean
I apologise for Monday morning slow-ness (especially after long weekend of xp-bashing )
*hunts for coffee*
Err far from it mate
Peacebringers do lack their ranged damage in human form
and the shields r kinda pants also lol
Ermmm... you get more resistance to energy in shields than anything else in the game. You get more resistance to everything than any scrapper set. You get more resistance to everything except Smash/Lethal than an Invuln tank. You then get phase without having to take 2 powers before out of the invis set, and unstoppable.
As I said before, the only thing a PB lacks is Mez resist.

[/ QUOTE ]A person using human form would also slot human form powers. Most useful this would be for a dwarf-only kheld, or nova/dwarf.

You get that in Dwarf and Light form.
Actually, I find my PBs really miss Recall Friend and Air Superiority.
(Darn devs, locking us out of those power pools! )
Warshades are kinda funky, possibly a bit weak
although from having a peacebringer i've learnt that the shields r pretty much pointless unless combined with lightform
