Darkest night could use another EndRdx.
Fearsome stare is definitely worth 6 slots.
Dark servant requires 3 recharges to make perma for MM's, and AFAIK this applies to corruptors as well. Also, it doesn't need ACC.
Swap hasten into L35 and drop hurdle.
All in all, fairly solid build, very close to what I'd make with those sets

Nope. Perma out of the box 
no real point in getting hurdle at lvl 335, this lvl could get you a more useful power, let's say black hole?
I'd say hasten is more useful.
I'd go for Petrifying Gaze myself. Slotted up it can take a LT out of the fight, and come I7, the patron pools will give you another hold, so together you should be able to perma-hold a boss

Is'nt Dark Servant a pet you summon and that follow you through mission til it dies ? It stays here a certain amount of time and then vanish ?

I'd try to get a second accuracy in there as you don't have tactics. Say 2Acc/2Fear/2Recharge.

It disappears after a certain amount of time. With no recharges it is recastable pretty much exactly when it dissapears. Personally, I like having 1 recharge in there, just to give me a litle leeway.
