I, being the glutton for punishment I am, played a non-stamina kin all the way to 35.
Getting Transference was a moment of pure, unadulterated joy for me.

Doesn't Ghost Widow's patron powers gives Soul Drain? Granted its not a build up per say and needs targets but its an aoe +acc +dmg. Am i wrong?
In effect power build up is a cross between build up and power boost ie all secondary effects are enhanced, in the case of transference end drain. Also it would boost the slow effect of ice making ice/kins generally uber

power build up= power boost + (a watered down) build up.
On corrupters DAMN it would be uber. *sighs* i expected to see power build up on villains aswell.
I just got this myself and DAYAM! it makes a huge difference to the way I play. Now it's non stop full on megablasting.

While trying my kin corruptor on the tester server, i'm able to sap a boss's endurance 100%! I did not know about this change. Also the sound of Fulcrum Shift has been tweaked.
I think the sound tweak was recognised as a bug by a redname on the US boards earlier.
And yeah, Transference is getting a major buff in I7
As a ice/kin i drain endrurance at an alarming rate, i fire off attacks so fast with siphon speed stacked with hasten i'm drained of all endurance pretty fast. Untill now i was munching blues inspie like i was on crack, heavily slotting my attacks and other power with endurance redux SO but with transference.. Woah, just WOW! Even unslotted it has a decent recharge rate and with siphon speed/hasten it does recharge pretty quick.
I can only imagine once properly slotted what it will be!
Any other powers like that in different power set that change radically the game for corruptors?
