Elec/Ice gets no endurance recovery powers from primary or secondary.
You can, however, get stamina from the fitness power pool, just like everyone else, which will improve your basic endurance recovery.
Hmmmm Elec/Ice aye? Um don't Elec get Short Circuit or something? i know it's a drain end move but does it replenish your own? I know thats how Power Sink works but........?
Anyway to elaborate more on Max excellent point, At level 6 you can get Power Pools (4 max), you'll need to get into the Fitness Pool which contains
Swift
Hurdle
Health
Stamina
First you'll have to get either swift or hurdle, then another at 14, then at 20 you'll unlock Stamina, solving your endurance issues 
(or you can just slot your most used powers with Endurance Reducers)

Have to go with Max on this one.. didnt take stamina until mid 20's before that it was a lot of end rests and waiting for end to recharge. Take stamina from the fitness pool and you wont look back
You can also get the atlas medallion. +5% end or something, not much, but it all helps.

Im quite sure short circuit drains end from foes and gives "some" of that back, my hero builder says otherwise but i was playing around with a elec blaster the other day and i remember using it/reading it

[/ QUOTE ]All elec attacks have a small chance of giving back endurance nowdays, but the boost is very infrequent and barely noticeable even when it happens.
yeh there all good points. Really if your in team before lvl 20 and getting annoyed with end just hold back and do occasional moves such as charged bolts. use the small moves so your endurance will stay up longer and you wont have to keep saying "need end!"
I need reasurance that i will get a power that stop restore my endurance quicker, my friend that is fire/fire powers blaster of course as got one along them lines. I am elec/Ice will i get a power that will +recharge on endurance or something along those lines
