Sally is actually very easy to get - you should bump into her in Croatoa if you hang about for 20 mins or so. She'll respawn within the hour when you thump her the first time.
The Kraken is impossible - in the 14 months I've been playing I've seen the Kraken ONCE, which is how my level 50 got his Unleasher badge. It's spawn time really does need looked into by the Devs.
all of them are about being in the right place at the right time... I have unleasher on 5 different alts and Knight Errant on 8 so they aren't that difficult
I got.. I think five krakens, in two weeks.
Have you joined the DefiantBadgers global channel?
A great channel for badgehunting, & plenty of call outs when the GMs are spotted .

Forming pre-emptive teams for these will most likely prove futile. I remember camping in Kings with another badger trying to get Knight Errant. Around 4 hours later we realised what a bad idea this was. Then a few days later after exiting a mish in Kings there was a "Oh look, paladin contruction site is here" message in broadcast. The people there took some convincing that you had to stop his construction to get the badge, but it all worked out in the end

You need to be in the right place at the right time for these. I usually have a quick look in if I'm in a zone with a GM spawn and I'll say it on DefiantBadgers if I see anything (where I'm pretty sure I've seen you).
As for Sally, shes pretty appears pretty regularly, but one hit's enough to make her submerge and I've seen plenty of people just one-shot her on the way past without even hesitating.

but yeah, there all about timing, got kraken on the offchance, logged in at Perez Park, had a look, there it was. Smegged off that if never seen a paladin construction but been face planted by him a fue times >< lol

I thought that too until browsing through the forums desperate to find him and came across a little piece of info, he aparently spawns very early in the morning most reliably. So one day I woke at 6am, got up & went to Perez and lo & behold there was Kraken waiting to be pounded on.
