advice on nrg secondary
Soo... besides damage, what else is classified as 'primairy'? I asume Recharge, resist and erm.. dunno
Ok, power description do says heal and defence, mezz powers 'and much more'. Looking at the Cold mastery armor, 13,6% base s/l defence. That makes 21% 3slotted + 100% powerboost = 34,6% defence.. wow.
Ok, 2nd update. Hero Builder says its 100% secondairy, 100% defence and 100% resist boost. If thats true, Powerboost is good for even nrg and fire blasters Yet if Max says only damage is 'primairy', why isnt recharge boosted? (or at least, realy not that i notice).

Power boost is pure comedy, trot down to AP and hit power boost then power thrust a few lvl 1s around, I was playing power thrust golf there the other day using miss liberty as the flag
Its very useful to help stun bad guys, not sure of the magnitude, but if you chain a few power boosted stuns together, there's not much that wont be mezzed. Anyone got figures for it?

Its the effects of the power that is boosted. Recharge isn't an effect (i.e. it doesn't act on anything), its just a attribute of the power.
Make sense?
It's nothing to do with the purpose of the spesific power, healing is classified as secondary effect by the game engine, and that remains constant across all powers.
