mindless killing drone in 1-5? if theres more than 2kills per match i'd be surprised
Brawl them to death I would think there would be more than 2 kills as although the powers arent few and are weak- so are the contestants
I suggest you force it to be a level 5 character; if you let people exemp, they can have a slot, enhancement and inspiration advantage and who knows what else by the time june/july (I forget which) comes!

i think it shud b lvl 12 max for do's, with to's there will b no deaths at all and with fully slotted so's and 20 purple inspirations it will be laughable

Why does it say '3 Unique forum Titles'?
There is nothing on the CoH/CoV sites about this so how can unique titles be offered without the Mods organising it?
Bridger has given out Forum titles before for player organised events - Remember Wrestlefest for example?

yes, i asked Bridger and he kindly offered all he could give, the problem is, theres only 3 titles and 5 players, so the team would have to comprimise on who misses out, and maybe get another chance in december if bridger will let me give more, thats right, im gonna hold this twice a year

Kind of odd as I contacted Bridger about THIS PvP event which is being organised by the entire Union VG/SG Leaders channel and nothing was offered.
