Well, I don't care really. 'cause with this build I kick major blapping beehinds. Toggledropping, disorienting, alphastriking, knockdowns, knockbacks. Properly boosted I'm like Mike Tysons and Ali's superbaby

It's 75%, tested by stacking FoN and TI - definately a 75% RES to S/L. So yes, it's the same as the Scrapper cap just much harder to reach.

MM's are the ultimate no-downtime AT.
Yeah, gotta agree with ya there. Highest setting, whooosh goes the mission Get 3-4 people in team, spawn mission. Commence soloing Except for the occasional +4 boss with immense AoE. A +3 EB or +1/+2 Hero is also tricky but doable. Depends on amount of AoE. If minions faceplant with 1 AoE -> trouble for the MM
