I remember that discussion. Nothing was ever really settled on. However I do see a certain amount of hope in the new zone "Grandville". The IGN reports mention it will be accessible for new players as well so it won't be much of a hazard zone for low levels. I think there are a lot of people on CoV just itching to give RP a try so I certainly think something should be agreed upon.
Plus Grandville appears to be full of statues so finding an equivalent to Galaxy girl shouldn't be a problem (9 PM under Ghost Widow's skirt anyone?).
If both sides develop a well-established RP community they could probably both benefit from it.
that jsut means it's not a Hazard Zone Warped, not that it is safe, i think thats a dangerous assuption that it will be safe for new palyers.

If Grandville level 1 is newbie friedly, I hope there is a statue of Ghost Widow or somebody to stand under...

The demo started with Grandville - a vertical zone (and we mean vertical zone - it's frikkin tall!) that houses Arachnos headquarters and some of Lord Recluse's failed experiments. As your villainous stature increases, you can (literally) climb the corporate ladder, moving up the vertical zone. To prevent players with flight / jump abilities from getting into areas they shouldn't be in, there's plenty of guards (including a few "beehives" that, when triggered, spawn sentry drones) that aren't shy about offering you a couple damage-laced reasons to leave.

I remember a while ago there was a debate raging about where to have as a central location for RP in CoV (GG equivalent) - was a location ever settled on? - or have I just opened up the can of worms again?
