as a corruptor speed boost isn't availible untill 20. There ya go. Now you get something else at 16 instead

Well if you have taken Siphon speed at 10, then you don't need a travel power, you can take something else at 14.
I play a rad/kin corruptor three bars away from level 18. I didn't really think it was all that boring. The only advice I can give is...don't think about levels. Just follow the story-arcs, join good teams and you'll be level 18 before you know it.Taking the team-buff at level 16 isn't really necessary. And if you think this is boring try levels 32-40, uuuuuuugh boy.
I dont think getting from 32 - 40 is boring long as you can get a team the boring part for me is the no travel powers and taking an age to get around I'd rather have a temp travel power than a damage one they give you atm till level 10 this would help
