yeah, I didnt even attempt BP mishes solo... well, tried once but 3 hospital trips later I changed my mind.

Remember I did the close ruptures mish in BP dimension.. team insisted on clearing the map so I was like "awww man, this sucks". Tried nuking a group of +1, so.. 2x mire, eclipse, a rage for good measure and then it was time to go BOOM! Well, most of times this knocks out almost if not the whole group. This case however they just stood there pointing and laughing at me

...I hate BP....

P.S. anybody know what their weaknesses are? personally i was thinking fire, but not sure

BP are weak against Lethal and Fire, basically an AR blaster dream.

Aye.. Fire and Lethal are best.. but generally anything non-energy works..

I dunno what the "numbers" are for NRG blasters, but a PB works pretty well against them with it's -DEF factor (or so I found with my own) .. but as far as a WS goes.. ive seen it anywhere from 2% to 10% DMG reduction, depending on the level and type of BP as well as the power used against them .

In fact anything that uses Dark NRG can pose a problem for a Warshade in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I strictly avoided that Arc like the plague, as when me and Fallen-Angel went thru it, we soon chose fast to avoid it after the "problems" we had, learnt that lesson ahead of time.

Out of all the mobs we faced, we had NO problems at all, other than those damn Red-Caps with ALOT of lethal DMG, but imho, BPs were the worst. We couldn't get out of Striga fast enough.

I just remember why I love my Warshade so much.

Had the 4th Shadow Shard run yesterday (saturday). Took us a while to realize we can't "sprint" level 52 rularuu on Invincible, and on my first Hospital trip I changed it to heroic. Second mission and the others were a piece of the softest cake (except for one hack of an annoying malta mission). I simply forgot how good a Warshade can be if his owner is having fun. We springed, me and Fallen-Angel, the second mission, through the mobs, with ease. It was incredibly easy to jump into a mob in dwarf and run Mire, wait untill alpha strike is over, maybe heal once, then turn back to human, run Eclipse, and then the second Mire, and just start blasting. In case their bodies would stay in play (not like the eyes and the wisps), I could nuke and with a handful of blues donated by the team, could get back in the blasting in no time.

One part I really remember, as I was walking a different cave-way, someone said "There is a really good mob to nuke here". So after I eclipse myself and finish with the corrent mob I go to check what's up. A MOB. About 30 nemesis minions, no bosses. Eclipsed, I run in, Double Mire - JUST as the fulcrum shift hits me - and I turn Nova (nuke was used on the last mob), and run the Cone attack, and the AoE attack. 95% of the mob got deaded.

thank you for everyone who said s/he will come along and did show up: Lisa, Cappy, Jummy_Bear, Anarky, sam, lady sharrow, and Omega. Oh, and ME. Even though I already had the badge, that TF was great fun and meant something to most of us.

@Double

Double Flame 50 fire/devices
Double Shade 50 tri-form warshade
Double Light 50 dwarf-human peacebringer
Double Control 50 earth/rad

really use your advice, when i should respec nova out

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm keeping nova as a handy get out for when TP runs out of power to stop me splatting

Might be considered a waste of a power but a lot of TP'rs get the flight pool for hover to do the same thing so I can at least sleep at nights ....

Hey Double great guide mate got a lvl 39 healer and lvl 19 troller going well. Not really close but may nick your ideas lol.

seems now, even that double adviced me otherwise, i will probably respec away my dark nova. My with my gamestyle i havent really used it at all, and if eclipse wont change it, nova is just a travelpower for me.
What is my playstyle then? Well, let me explain. I teleport in the middle of mobs, double mire and start bashing with dwarf, when the first mob falls, and i am not taking much dmg, i drop to human mode and use unchain essence and then stygian to recover my health and end. They i just turn back to dwarf and finish off the ones who are still standing or just stay in human mode and do various things, depending of the team. Might sound boring, but i really like the tanker/aoe blaster role i can play. And like i said, if eclipse wont make me use nova, i will rather slot the dwarf.
Any thoughts?

Like i said, depends how eclipse will change my playstyle, but does sound very nice

all depends if you solo or team alot, the mobs in solo are so small eclipse does make a difference, but not as big as when you team, simply because in a team the spawns are bigger

Random Warshade Question.

Gravity Well. I'll be picking it up next level, and am told it's pretty darn good. Everyone describes it as a great hold, etc.

On the power list in-game, the popup text on Gravity Well claims it's "Foe immobilise" rather than hold. Can someone reassure me that this is a bug, and I'm picking up a hold rather than another godawful immob?

Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

It's a hold

It uses Hold enhancements

trust me.. its a Hold

(Gravimetric Snare : is ur Immobi)

I'd better bug that, then.
