Wouldn't you prefer to find out what works best for you instead of someone else telling you what to do? You'll probably enjoy it a lot more.
The thing is that Captain Freon has made his build according to his playstyle. What works well for him will not guarantee to work well for anyone else. PvP is a combination of build, skill and experience.
Thanks for taht (not being sarcy) think ill make my own build, i have tried a elec/elec but didnt like it and a nrg/nrgy and i do liek ice/nrgy best. thanks mate
If you search the user "Imaginary", you will be able to find Captain Freons build.
Its very good in solo PvE, but kinda gimped in team PvP due to the lack of AoE's.

It is a very good build, but its suited to imaginarys playstyle thats why its so good. I think you should play yours through see what your comfortable and maybe adjust powers, you may feel your lacking in range, or AoE. Like i said play around with what suits your playstyle.
