Be sure to give them a complimentary smack in the teeth from me, it's ridiculous just how much they've wasted your time and money thus far. BT really are a disgrace when you consider they're meant to be our national provider (or at least were up until recently) and still maintain a strong monopoly at present. Their business practice and customer relations leave a lot to be desired.

Avernal, I've had a few words with customer services but most of the time they don't know what has to be done, or no record has been kept for them to check back after telling me they will ring to tell me what is happening. Seems to be me ringing back to check whats happening and will it be fixed? As yet no date for the bband to be re-activated, hoping to hear on Monday but don't expect much joy

Hey Guys I may have been away but I have been reading the boards.
Only just remembered my forum logon and password tho which is why I havent left any messages.

Amazing the games you go back to playing when you have no CoX to play Been messing with Homeworld 2 forgot how much of a good game it was, but nothing compared to CoX... Damn I miss it

Sorry to hear BT still messing ya about. Just wanted to make you aware that the SG has had news from M. The Hollow's Healer has decided to hang up his cape, and Tiny's boots for good. M has cancelled his account and the 15th is gonna be he last day - he hopes to be on the game to say good bye to the sg, so I hope that your connection is restored by then.

Well after a couple of weeks away nothing has changed.
JS is still on CoV trying to get the big 40. G has another troller on the go. JW is still playing with L I G H T and also has a troller on the go. I managed to be online for a whole 3 mins as Remote before i faceplanted in the most spectatular way. There is a new witty exchange going on in SG chat at the moment, and it seems to go like this:
JW : Crumbs
JS : Crikey
JW : Crumbs
JS : Crikey
continue for hours on end.
Will be glad to get you back and teaming mate. If you wanna borrow a baseball bat to go and adjust BTs attituded, I have a very nice one you can borrow with only a couple of NTL dents in it but it was very effective.
Havent seen Mags since I have been back but i have only been on for a day or 2 but she will turn up, she always does. She may have no memory and look really bad, but a couple of days and she will be fine I am sure (Mags you know I am joking).
I have also heard a rummour that the Space Corps Command has recieved a Transmission from Ace Rimmer and he should be able to make the Dimension Jump back to Paragon City sometime next week. The transmission was weak but reports indicate he signed off his message with the following:
"Stoke me a Clipper, I will be back for Christmas!"

What the hell happened??? We had all the lights off in the base and a table loaded up with free punch and pie (is there punch and pie at the party? No! Well I am not coming! Ok there is free punch and pie! Ok I will be there!) And we waited all night for you to arrive and the only thing that happened was our night vision got better. We did think you had arrived and many Sssshhhhs ensued to find out it was the auto doc moving about.
Well thats what happened in my mind anyway. But seriously u never arrived. I have sent my baseball bat to you care of DHL and if they can keep a promise u should have it soon.
Failing that we can always head down to BT head office with pitchforks and burning torches and put the under siege until they fix your connection.
Give us a new ETA for Bs return mate, and look forward to seeing you on that day.

What happened? Well would like to know the answer to that myself but not getting anything from BT apart from "sorry the order was delayed we are monitoring it and will be in touch when they know something" when they know something I would like to know something also...
Twice know have been given dates for the bband to be up and running again first time was the 3rd March and second was 15th March, both times no joy
