I think last time we did this we powered through it with 1 controller and 4 scrappers 
was good fun and took us about one and a half hours. I'm expecting the same this round.

I know of a certain lvl 22 tri-form W/S that has recently become available... with a 50 Claw/Invuln scrapper to back him up...
I'm sure any requests to join will be considered within this thread. Best place to start is with Tech Tower who is one of the 5 founder members who make the decision.
If he knows you already then your onto a good start ..... maybe

Those are some good levels, we have a few coming through mid 20s right now, which will work out well for ya (and us), and we have a bunch of 50s that occasionally come out to play
I'm sure everyone will welcome you in too. I'll yell if I see you around tonight and bring you aboard, and introduce you around (possibly not in that order...). It's only a small SG, but it's fun and good people who are around a lot . I have a bit of sway in the group, but like everyone to like everyone, if ya know what I mean

Ok this thread has been a bit quiet for a few days so thought I'd set it going again.
Atlas Medallion accolades anyone ?
Think our 30ish characters should have all the main requirements ie. Spelunker and Slayer and Silver Bullet.
Came into conversation this weekend that we should get a group together and try and get remaining history and exploration badges. Lets get that extra bit of oomph into our characters.
Is this of interest to anyone ?
We can get slayer or silver bullet from Striga also if anyone still needs it. I'm at 31 with Red Earth so the medallion needs doing sooner rather than later. What do you think ?
Other suggestions for fun this week ? TFs ? I'm up for anything.

Well you might as well pick up all the required badges with the rest of us, who have the lists and [censored], so when you pick up Spelunker you'll be sweet. I'll see if I can grab the mish with Shrug, I think he's magic.
I'm keen for this. I'm not gonna go overkill badging up Satisfaction, since Tech is really my hunter, but the accolades would be nice still. Though probably not Arch Mage... Getting those illusionists is a major pain.
TFs: Croatoa, Numina. Or is it Manticore? Hrm I should really check.
Red Earth and Satisfaction appear to be near to unlocking Katie for the Croatoa TF. I think we're on the last contact now. We'll get it done and see if we can squeeze in the TF this week before the weekend.
In case everyone forgot, it's Comic Convention in Bristol weekend . I've got a couple of train tickets to go over/up, for the Saturday morning and back Sunday evening, so I'll be afk most of the weekend. I was thinking of taking screenies of the group and getting some sketched. Anyone keen? I don't know if anyone has seen the sketch I have of Tech Tower, but I was very happy with it I think it's linked to in my signature.

I might be out tomorrow, and I will most likely be out on thursday also, so either we get some pics taken tonight or we do some last minute ones on friday. It's a real shame that they don't have any PCs set up there so I can log in and let them see our toons (with a little preperation getting everyone online), and not sure how they'll look in print for the sketches 
Ah well, we'll see what we see. I'll see if a 'donation' of 30-40 squids will get a few of us half-sized on a peice of paper, as a group shot that I'd like. But if you guys want full sized stand alone pics I'll need to grab a couple of squid off ya at some point too.
Oh, from the official web site there is a £10 'donation' for a full body A4 sketch, and £5 for a headshot, or something. I'll have to dig up the link another time. Maybe you guys could just take a load of pics of your toons and gmail them to me when you get a chance? You could then use your new cossie off the test server dutch Maybe I should take Tech over and see if I can make something new too. Hmm. Apparently they need a few shots, front, back, sides, and close ups of faces and detail like that. In your case Dutch I'd whip out my sword, and take pics like that. I'll be taking shots of Tech with his Axe out, since I missed that last time, doh. I'm hoping to get one of Tech and Puma together, at the least.

Hours and hours and hours. Gah, I think I'm in more pics of the NCSoft booth than the guys running the booth
On the Saturday we didn't get a hell of a lot of time in the comic con really, I got a duo of Tech Tower and Puma drawn by Ian Gibson (I didn't know him at all, but it came out quite good, and Green Jet said loads of good things about him). I'll hopefully get everything scanned later today when I go home. The two pics that I have posted are just photos, so I'll get proper scans done.
I didn't go down with print outs, which made it a bit more difficult, I should have thrown them on my thumb drive, but I put them on a memory stick instead, so it proved to be a bit of a hassle getting them off and on to the PC they had there to show the artists. Eventually got there though, thanks to Honburg bringing a USB cable so I could hook up my PSP to read the memory card
Sorry Blade dude, I didn't manage to get yours drawn . I tried to, and tried to get back to the queue for last artist that was there but he was doing his last pic so I didn't get a chance. I got Dutch Barbarian drawn around 4.30pm on Sunday, and they shut up shop at 5. There was a big gap in the afternoon with no artists around, where I just sort of sat around talking to Pinkinatrix (/Quilla) and Honburg, Stasis, Silver Weasel, and Ditsy IP.
Saturday I think we spent more time in the pub than at the comic con

Should definitely get the hunters out a few times this week. I am pretty sure I'm catching a movie on Wednesday (MI:3) though, but that's still to be confirmed. I don't currently have any plans this weekend, so will probably be around in game if we want to plan something for then.
If we can drag our 27-29s up a bit, we might be able to do the Croatoa TF? Satisfaction, Red Earth, and Miss Mindreader are 32 I think, and Red Earth and Satisfaction are near to unlocking the TF contact. I'm not sure what level Dutch Courage or Triggarin and Ashen are though. I think 28/29? Shrug. The Croatoa TF is great for SOs and XP, and a quick one at 1.5 to 2 hours. Possibly something for Thursday/Saturday Avo? Manticore is 30-35 too I think, could do both or something.
I'd love to do the Shadow Shard 2 TF at some point, with Tech Tower. It's a lot shorter than the 10hr SS1 TF, weighing in at about 4-6 hours I think? That might have to be a Sunday thing, if anyone wants to do it.
Will catch everyone online tonight anyway and we can chat on Teamspeak and stuff about it. I'll probably be home late. Had a [censored] travel getting in today, busses late and running sloooow .

Ashen is lvl 28 at the moment, not levelled in a while. Been trying the croatoa missions and it's slow going. Also I'm still on test and approaching the big 2-6 with my thug mm. Hoping to grab a bruiser soon.
EDIT: Oh and trig seems to have quite a bit of work atm so may/may not be on for very long. It depends how sick of university stuff he gets I suppose.

As I said before you went, you should get yours done and after all the effort that Dutch put in to his costume, then to make sure his was done before me.
I would be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed but you went there for yourself, and the offer to do it was appreciated, but I know how difficult it is, travelling and getting bearings and meeting people in the flesh. And it wasn't as if no one else wanted something drawn .
I'll just have to force myself to the next one and get a dozen done just for me.
Red Earth is still at 31 but think I'm on the last bar and am nearing the end of the last contact.

I'd like to do this one, as well as the first one again, DK some other time maybe this time for Death Kiss. Think if there are four of them then I will need the first 3 for DK, as I only did the last one with him.
The first one is the long one so thats one to do over a few days I think which can be a problem, but we've done it before

If I had taken printouts down I could have just left them at the desk and said 'draw these at some point' and walked off but I didn't have any of anyone, dammit. Hopefully next time they do it they will have the PCs hooked up to the net, either that or I'm going to find a way to hook my laptop up through my phone or something, so that anyone can get into CoH like back in Brighton!
