And you don't think villains should have time to catch up to heroes ?

Recluse's Victory is a dimension-hopping zone, so expect evildoers to be doing Portal Corp-style timewarps in I7.
Player actions actively turn the tide of battle in the zone and may even change its appearance. As with Warburg, completing the as-yet-unannounced core mission five times will earn a badge - for those who tolerate PIGG hackers, the badgy goodness can be sampled early on vidiotmaps.com's badge list.

Ahh, thanks for the link, DreamWeaver... I'd actually already seen that, but I read right past the 'Recluse Victory' bit, apparently. Maybe because those 'Rampage Missions' caught my eyes so.
Also, Elec/Elec Brute... now all those Ken and Ryu clones running around in Paragon City can finally meet their arch-nemesis, M.Bison, in some war-torn Shadaloo battleground called Warburg...

sinds wen do villains whine? there supposed to be tough and bad and all that,a villain will always be less then a heroe, thats why its called a -->HEROE<--
it means the badguys always lose....

Sorry any one can say that if there a hero its not like there are ever a lot of villains in the PvP its normaly filled with heros lv 50 ones at that. I for one have now gone right off the PvP zones its like trying to find a needle in a hay stack and when you finaly find some one to fight as soon as they look like they might lose there off. Going to organise my pvp night for the arena for next time.
I've been wondering... will we see a new PvP Zone for levels 40-50 when I7 hits and the villains get their cap up? I'm level 44, and at the moment the best I can do is head to Warburg, where I'll still loose my rather useful Ancilliary powers and most of my temps... plus, since I've effectively 'outleveled' the zone, I can't do PvP Missions or patrols! Really bad service to long-time players...
